Ileas Bungalows Village — Hotel in Municipality of Pineios

My parents have been booking this place for years, when the business started everything was a lot better but I guess after years people and things change. I visited the village for ten days and stayed with my parents there. I live in London 3 years now so I wanted just to relax and have a quiet and nice time with my family. My mother's god son came to see me for two days as he haven't seen me since forever. Me, him and a friend of ours went to the pool for a while to relax. I didn't know the pool was strictly only for the people who live in the rooms and that they are not allowed at all to have any guests. The owner ( Mr Michalis) very rudely approached me and asked me who those people are, I told him and he told me that I should have told him first before I bring them there. I was surprised, I told him I didn't know and apologised. My friend went to the bar to grab a coke and a few glasses with ice. Funny thing is that Mr Michalis was keeping my bag of ice in his fridge at the bar, but he couldn't provide more than one plastic cup with ice for us? |While sitting at the pool the sun light was very strong and we wanted some shade. From where we were standing they were two white umbrellas, one open, one closed. The open one was a bit torn on the inside and wasn't in a very good condition. Because my friend wanted some shade he tried to open the other umbrella. The one that was open already was a bit destroyed ( but still open ) so my friend thought that he could open the other one as well. He was trying for like a minute when Mr Michalis came and very rudely told to my friend '' You see that the umbrella is not in a good condition, to hell with it'' , exact greek phrase that he said was '' Αφου την βλέπεις δεν ειναι σόι, αστην να πάει στο διαολο''. He took the umbrella and went away. Pool was crowded at that time from families with kids and everyone was looking at him shocked. ||First of all and most importantly, you do not speak to people like that, let alone to customers who've been renting your rooms for years. I work in hospitality myself and I've never seen anyone talking in the hospitality section like this to a customer or a customer's friend. I am sure that you wouldn't want a staff of yours to talk to a customer like this, neither should you. That's a shame.| |Secondly, it's not your customer's fault if the umbrellas are not in a good condition but yours. You should look into that. Faulty equipment could cause injuries and complaints.|Thank you for ruining our 15minutes by the pool when it could just be a relaxing moment with friends that I haven't seen since forever.||WIFI signal was so mediocre, I had to use my data all the time. ||Freezer in the room is very small so I had to give my bags of ice to the bar.||We have given them our canoe and they were kindly requested if they could bring it to the beach. For many days they were saying they will do it but they didn't. I know you're not obligated to do it but you could just say it so I can do it by myself, not letting me think you will do something that you don't care of doing. The canoe was brought there a day before my departure. ||Everything else I have to admit it was good, I am just so disappointed by the whole situation and that of course he didn't try to make amends for his behaviour.||Try to realise you own a hospitality business, so you have to treat people with respect and to do your job as best as you can to provide great services as you are promising.||Start with your temper tantrums, then with the wifi signal and for sure to fix the torn umbrellas at the pool so they will not be any misunderstandings with...

me and my family spent there 5 nights this July and thw whole experience was quite disappointing.||Although the room we stayed at was quite large, it actually had two separated rooms, there was only one air-condition unit which wasn't adequate. ||There was a kitchen well equipped and a large bathroom with washing machine.||The cleaning service was poor. we checked-in Sunday noon and the cleaning lady came into our room to collect garbage and clean on Wednesday!!!! When I asked for someone to collect garbage from kitchen and bathroom they told me I should change the bags and leave them outside the room for the cleaning lady to take them away!||the swimming pool was large enough and there was a separate small one for the kids which was very suitable for us and our 1,5 and 5,5 years old kids. ||the whole residence was beautiful, quiet and well kept (gardens).||Our room had a big terrace which had no railings and therefore our 1,5 daughter was always running towards the swimming pool! ||the two owners are really nice and hard working guys and they really helped a lot with a problem we encountered with our car and they also refused to get paid for our last stay as we had to leave earlier because of an unfortunate family matter and they let us check out at our convenience.||To summarize I believe that daily cleaning service and a second air-condition in the other room would make a big difference as the place is really nice especially for...

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, στα 500 μ. από αμμώδη, αβαθή, διαυγή παραλία με γαλάζια σημαία, δωρεάν ομπρέλλες, ξαπλώστρες και ΕΙΔΙΚΗ ΡΑΜΠΑ ΜΕ ΤΡΟΧΗΛΑΤΟ ΑΜΑΞΙΔΙΟ άμεσης εμβάπτισης στη θάλασσα, για ανθρώπους με κινητική δυσκολία! (Πατέντα του Πανεπιστημίου Πατρών). Τη δεύτερη εβδομάδα του Σεπτεμβρίου το κατάλυμα είχε αρκετή διαθεσιμότητα, ώστε ο ευέλικτος ιδιοκτήτης του, κος Μιχάλης, να μάς αλλάξει δωμάτιο, από τα πίσω studios των 40τμ, (με βεράντα περιορισμένης θέας σε φράχτη πρασίνου και αποκωδικοποιητή τηλεόρασης παλαιότερης τεχνολογίας), σε 65τμ , δίχωρο διαμέρισμα με μπαλκόνι με θέα στη θάλασσα και δορυφορική τηλεόραση νέας τεχνολογίας. Εκτιμήσαμε τη μετεγκατάσταση -με το αντίστοιχο αντίτιμο- και την προσπάθεια, να ικανοποιηθούν οι ανάγκες μας, όποτε προέκυπταν. Φιλόξενο συγκρότημα για τα κατοικίδια, με περιποιημένους αισθητικά κήπους και βουτηγμένο κυριολεκτικά στο πράσινο! Απόλυτη γαλήνη και χαλάρωση σε ήρεμο τοπίο, ιδανικό για διακοπές. Πολύ προσεγμένες δομικά κατοικίες, με μονωτικά κουφώματα αλουμινίου, συρόμενες σίτες, επιπλέον εξώφυλλα και στόρια σκίασης στα παράθυρα. Άνετοι φωτεινοί χώροι με ανοιχτόχρωμη, ευχάριστη επίπλωση και φωτιστικά led. Ευρύχωρα λουτρά, με ντουλάπι αποθήκευσης, καινούργια πλυντήρια και απροβλημάτιστα ζεστό νερό, κατά βούληση. Aισθανθήκαμε, σαν στο σπίτι μας! (Στις ατέλειες :Το κορδόνι ανάγκης δεν λειτουργούσε, προϊόντα καλλυντικής περιποίησης δεν υπήρχαν -εκτός σαμπουάν και αφρόλουτρου- και το 2ο χαρτί τουαλέτας -για δύο άτομα η κράτηση- δινόταν από την καθαρίστρια κατόπιν ζήτησης...). Η καθαριότητα χρειάζεται περισσότερη επιμέλεια, από την υπεύθυνη, στα έπιπλα, τις πιατοθήκες και τις βεράντες. Κουζίνα με κεραμικές εστίες , απορροφητήρα, άφθονα ντουλάπια, και σκεύη μαγειρικής. Φρυγανιέρα ή τοστιέρα δεν συναντήσαμε, αλλά μάς προσέφερε την προσωπική του και εκτιμήσαμε τη διευκόλυνση. Ευρύχωρες κρεββατοκάμαρες με μεγάλη εντοιχισμένη ντουλάπα και συρτάρια. Τα στρώματα ήταν, όμως σκληρά και κακομεταχειρισμένα.(!) Ανεξάρτητα inverter αιρκοντίσιον σε κάθε χώρο, αν και ένα δικό μας, δεν λειτουργούσε. Σκιασμένο πάρκινγκ για τα αυτοκίνητα. (δεν έκλεινε καμμία συρόμενη αυλόπορτα εισόδου στο συγκρότημα.) Πεντακάθαρη μεγάλη πισίνα ενηλίκων, ενιαίου βάθους (1,60μ), όχι με χτιστά σκαλάκια για βαθμιαία κατάβαση ηλικιωμένων, μόνο μεταλλικές σκαλίτσες απ' ευθείας εισόδου. Ευρύχωρη παιδική πισίνα και πέργκολες, για σκίαση στις ξαπλώστρες, με μαλακά στρώματα. Το μπαρ υπολειτουργούσε, λόγω εποχής, χωρίς δυνατότητα πρωινού. Πολύ καλή η γειτονική ταβέρνα "Ο ελαιώνας της Μαρίνας". Χρειάζεται, πάντως, αυτοκίνητο για προμήθειες αυτοεξυπηρέτησης από σούπερ μάρκετ κλπ. Γενικά το συγκρότημα είναι δομημένο πολύ προσεγμένα και αποπνέει αέρα προσωπικής φροντίδας του ιδιοκτήτη, σαν τη δική του κατοικία, που συμπεριλαμβάνεται στο κτήμα. Χρειάζεται μια γερή αναβάθμιση σε λεπτομέρειες συντήρησης, για να αναδειχθεί σε κορυφαίο, όπως του αξίζει, λόγω τοποθεσίας και κατασκευαστικών προδιαγραφών, που διαθέτει. Ο κος Μιχάλης είναι πρόθυμος, να εξυπηρετήσει κάθε επιθυμία και τον ευχαριστούμε για την καλοπροαίρετη διάθεση. Προτίθεται, να ανακαινίσει σύντομα και την παραμικρή ατέλεια, τον πιστεύουμε και προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα το ιδιαίτερα αξιόλογο...
