The surrounding nature is a part of the experience – from the gentle chirping of cicadas and dragonflies gliding over the pool to the occasional herd of goats passing behind the fence. Despite being just 200 meters from the road, the villa feels completely secluded, with no neighboring views and excellent natural sound protection.

All bedrooms are fitted with shutters for restful, undisturbed sleep. In the evenings, soft ambient lighting around the pool and garden creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. You'll also find a well-kept lawn and private parking for several vehicles.
