I would like to take a moment to share my fantastic experience at Exclusive Villas Pappas.

First and foremost, I want to extend a big and special thanks to Giannis, the owner of this amazing place, and his family. Giannis proved to be incredibly professional, extremely friendly, and exceptionally helpful. His valuable recommendations for restaurants and beaches made our time in Sarti truly unforgettable. He even went the extra mile to secure a reservation at the best restaurant and used his extensive network to arrange the finest yacht and boat rental services in Halkidiki.

Now, let me try to describe the beauty of this place. Honestly, words alone cannot capture the sheer magnificence of this place, so I will share some pictures.

The location is simply fabulous. Situated on the main road and only a 5-minute drive from Sarti and several popular beaches, the view from here feels like a glimpse of Heaven. The rooms are impeccably clean and always exude a delightful fragrance. The villa's design is elegant, and the furniture is of high quality. Moreover, the kitchen is well-equipped, leaving no need unmet.

Moving on to the Pool and Bar area, the infinity pool is a sight to behold in person, surpassing even the captivating images. The bar offers everything one could desire, and Giannis, in addition to being a remarkable host, doubles as a talented bartender. His cocktails, frappes, and other drinks are not only delicious but also of exceptional quality.

It provides everything you could possibly need, and the breakfast offerings are delightful as well.

Our visit included a big group of 14 people, including kids, and I must say, the place is incredibly convenient for families.

I rarely write such detailed reviews, but in this case, it is entirely warranted. Exclusive Villas Pappas deserves all the praise for creating an unforgettable experience for us. If you're planning a trip to Greece, do yourself a favor and make this wonderful place your home...

We couldn’t start this review without first thanking our amazing hosts, Ioannis and his lovely wife. Everything was truly outstanding! The staff weren’t just professional — they went above and beyond. We felt fantastic throughout our stay: daily cleaning, a rich and tasty breakfast, and Ioannis (whom we nicknamed Jason Statham because the resemblance is uncanny!) — a host worthy of 10 out of 10. Congratulations on everything you’re doing — keep it up!

The rooms are spacious and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need: bottled water, capsule coffee machine, plates, cutlery, ironing board and iron, hairdryer, glasses, etc. The air conditioning (ventilation system) worked perfectly.

The pool was clean, with plenty of sunbeds for everyone. Extra towels were available for pool use, and the bar had anything you could wish for (at extra cost, but totally worth it — we had the best Hugo cocktail here!).

The villa is located on a hill, a few kilometers from Sarti. For us, this was not a downside at all — we explored a different beach every day. On the contrary, the peacefulness and the view were exactly what we needed for a relaxing holiday.

Me and my family we spent a wonderful 9 days here , and it was truly amazing! The hosts are incredibly kind, always on site, offering excellent service and help with any request. You can really feel the family atmosphere, their passion, and genuine care for their guests. The apartments are spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with very comfortable beds. Bathroom is pretty small but still ok. The view of the sea and surrounding nature is simply stunning. For those seeking absolute silence, it’s worth mentioning that the property is located near a road, so you can hear passing cars. It wasn’t a big issue for us, but I know some people might mind it. The whole property is exceptionally well-maintained, super clean, and very inviting. The pool is fantastic, with a lovely bar where the host serves you a cold beer, delicious frappe, or any cocktail of your choice. We were lucky enough that the host also offered us a boat trip during our stay – highly recommended! It was great fun, with beautiful memories made at a very fair price.
