close to the beach - wild beach, no beach-bars, no noisy music kitchen is equipped with almost everything you need (we stayed there with kids, so we cooked quite often) great outdoor kitchen with bbq, fridge, oven, etc outdoor shower / possibility to wash the sand off your feet before you go in (we didn't have this on the previous location, so we really appreciated it) washing machine there are 2 more mini-bathrooms on the balcony for 2 of the inside bedrooms owner is really friendly and always ready to help, answer questions, suggest restaurants, beaches, etc, and he speaks English quite good

noisy area - at night, when you want to sleep with the windows open, you can hear the traffic from the main road poor noise isolation - even with the windows closed you can hear the neighbors that are on the terrace (we had the upstairs apartment) the upstairs apartment is advertised as a 4 bedroom apartment but it actually has only 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (there are 2 more mini-bathrooms on the balcony for 2 of the inside bedrooms, where you shower over the toilette), 1 living area / kitchen. The 4th bedroom has a separate entrance. Because we were 2 families with small kids, we couldn't use the 4th bedroom because the entrance was straight from the terrace (where us, the parents, used to stay a bit at night after the kids went to sleep) so we would have woken up the kids simply by staying there and whispering to each other (poor noise isolation overall). Also. none of the parents could sleep there because we wouldn't have heard the kids crying at night (again, because 3 bedrooms inside and 1 outside, so with some adults sleeping in the outside bedroom, the kids should have slept inside). cleanliness - the owner should pay a bit more attention to that, at least in the bathroom floor was really noisy in some of the bedrooms and the beds also (I'm not talking about xxx midnight activity, I'm simply saying that when you sit on the bed there's a big chance you wake someone up from a different bedroom.. or when you turn from one side to the other) we booked our stay via booking, searching for a 4 bedrooms house - up until the moment of the arrival we knew that we booked an entire property (as advertised on that platform) so we were a bit shocked to see that on the ground floor there were 3 more apartments - 2 for rent and 1 for the owners. Therefore, we had to share the "entire property" with...

We have found here more than relax after a complex period of time. We have gained a very good friend! The place is very clean and quiet, cosy and near the sea, with many possibilities to access nearby wild beaches or beach bars, also Nikiti old town & the port. Everything was just perfect and we can't wait to come back the next year! A new year, 2023, new relaxing moments and a very pleasant atmosphere with our friend& host, Aris! Beautiful traditional greek rustic house with warm and welcoming owner, Aris. Rooms are spacious, kitchen equiped for cooking all meals, we used the grill outside, too. Beach is very close, only 2 minutes walk, you can use ouside shower after beach, to wash off the sand before entering the house. Husband even had some luck fishing, and our little girl had fun petting the cuddling cat and Emma, the loving lady dog...
