Ktima Mimoza — Hotel in Municipality of Sithonia

I wanted to take a moment to share a review of the wonderful K-tima Mimoza. The property is set in a quiet, peaceful area surrounded by greenery and consists of three main buildings: two standalone cottages and three attached cottages. We stayed in one of the standalone cottages, which had two bedrooms and a living room. Everything was beautifully maintained by the owners, who were welcoming yet discreet—a combination we really appreciated.

The road leading to the property is narrow but paved and in good condition. Our cottage had all the essentials, and everything seemed new and worked perfectly. The bathroom and kitchen were fully equipped with everything needed and were very clean. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and above all, the rooms were cleaned every three days.

The location is about a 6–7 minute drive from Sikia Beach and 3–4 minutes from the town of Sikia. While it’s a bit removed, it’s a fair trade-off for the tranquility and spacious surroundings.

The apartments are situated a bit off the city limits amidst some fields and few other houses. There are multiple beaches nearby, one of them fairly close, to be reached by car. The hosts are very kind and attentive. The apartments themselves are new, the furnishings too. The property is very well maintained and the flowers and other plants are tended to with lots of love. The only drawback would be the seldom functional wi-fi. We spent multiple days without. To conclude, I would say that the apartments are definitely worth...
