Nikomaria Summer Houses — Hotel in Municipality of Sithonia

Location: The apartments are in a less populated area, so the closest restaurant & shops are 10/15 minutes away by car.

Apartment: There are multiple apartments, so the points below may not be available for all.

Pro: Beautiful view, you can see the sunrise perfectly. There is a beach close to the house, BUT BE AWARE, the stairs were steep... even the dog got tired when going back to the house. 😂 The beach and the apartment were quiet and peaceful. There are many places to eat and sit outside, even a barbecue zone. The owner stayed in the apartment above us and expected us with a traditional pie. On the beach there were 2 kayaks that we could use, one had water inside and you would turn around in the water.

Con/be aware: In the picture, there were 2 bathrooms, but one was outside the house, not mentioned in the description. There were spiders and spider webs in maaaaany places. The vine in front of the door was not trimmed, and you could not easily get out from your bedroom door. One of the rooms had a very small window, so it was dark and there was no fresh air in the room. The outside bathroom had no window, no hot water, and a terrible smell.. probably coming from the sewage. There is no AC, only a ceiling fan. There were ants everywhere, even in the kitchen...

Ποιοτικές διακοπές! Η οικογένεια που έχει το μέρος είναι πραγματικοί, αληθινοί και υπέροχοι άνθρωποι! Συστήνεται ανεπιφύλακτα για ανθρώπους που δεν έχουν κολλήματα με εγκαταστάσεις και ψάχνουν πολυτέλειες. Η φύση , η θέα και η ηρεμία που μπορεί να σου προσφέρει όλο το συγκρότημα είναι υπεραρκετά! Η παραλία είναι μόλις 2-5 λεπτά περπάτημα από το σπίτι.

Ευχαριστούμε θερμότατα τους οικοδεσπότες. Τον μαγικό κύριο και σοφό ιδιοκτήτη ... που όταν ακούς τις ιστορίες που έχει να πει και η γλώσσα που χρησιμοποιεί, σε κάνει να αισθάνεσαι ότι έχεις έναν πραγματικό μέντορα για τη ζωή. Τον Νίκο και τη Μαρία για όλες τις συμβουλές.

Шикарный отдых в данном месте ! Отличные хозяева добродушные люди ! Все необходимое имеется , очень удобно с детьми и их тут любят . Одни положительные эмоции !!! В 10 минутах езды Никити город большая набережная много вкусных кафе и так же много магазинчиков сувениров на любой вкус ! Хорошие продуктовые магазины .
