Sithonian suites — Hotel in Municipality of Sithonia

Very disappointing experience. We booked an apartment with balcony, nice view and walk-in shower. Instead, we got a dark ground floor room, no balcony, no view, and a regular shower cabin. We asked to get the room we booked, but the owners refused to help. The photos online are misleading, the place is outdated, very noisy and the apartment we received was not clean properly. We were deeply disappointed with our stay. There was absolutely no cleaning throughout the entire period – towels and bed linen were never changed. We repeatedly asked for an invoice, but were told “it’s not possible”, which is unacceptable and unprofessional.
