Spent 10 nights in a studio in building A. I found the room to be well equipped with everything you’d need, especially the small kitchenette - we brought from home our moka espresso machine, but it didn’t work on their electric stove. Upon looking through the kitchen I found this small gas cylinder with burner which worked perfect for us. Another nice aspect for us was the AC fan not hitting our faces directly, as it was placed above the entry door, you could sleep whiteout being cold from the AC air. So I felt that everything was well thought through when they equipped the space. I do agree with other reviews regarding the bathroom, it is a bit small, I personally didn’t mind it that much, except the shower curtains, the space being small it was always a lot of water running out of the shower 😅 The grounds are nice, well maintained and there is plenty of space for everyone. They have a ping pong table, swings, playgrounds for volleyball, football, two barbecue areas and tables, and perhaps more to explore, but didn’t have the time for it. Also I think this a great place to stay if you come in a larger group. They do offer two sunbeds and one umbrella, each room has their own, and they charge 2EUR/day of use for it. We walked aprox. 150m on a public road to reach the beach, which is also not private, but in general I found it to be a safe place and people being being mindful of each other. On the first day we arrived early and I found Michael, the host, to be friendly. He offered us access to the restroom and we could store food in the fridge in their reception area. Cleaning service was provided every 3 days with a fresh set of towels, and I am happy to not have seen any ants in our room 😅 Overall we enjoyed our stay here and...
Read moreNice barbecue garden, clean studios, close to a sandy beach. However, this is not enough for an unforgettable vacation, as being kind and feeling welcome is where you decide to spend the hardly expected summer vacation more important than one millimeter cut grass. We have visited Greece many times before, but have never received such a cold reception and on departure on the end. We paid the advance upon booking and as soon as we arrived we paid the rest (without getting any confirmation of payment). When the last day came, there was no owner to return the keys and say goodbye. The cleaner told us to leave the keys to her and we could go. I wanted an account for renting a studio, it stuck here, as the owner avoided it and demanded payment of the tourist tax, but I said she did not mention it when I booked the studio and in this case the tax is included in the rental price. I made her angry. The story does not end here, when I finally got the bill, she wanted to see the studio (but not before, since the key would be taken over by the cleaner), where she inspected the balcony, plates, air conditioning pilots, ... and because she couldn't find anything to ‘revenge’, we finally said goodbye. I believe more friendly hosts than that will be found...
Read moreThe property is beautiful and well maintained. Rooms are very clean and spacious, equipped with everything you need. The beach is very close to the property with a reserved area for guests of the studios. ||Still I would not recommend this place due to the extremely poor customer orientation of the owners. No matter how great the place was, customer relationship ruined it all! We did not feel welcome! This is the first time we encounter such hostility in Greece, and we have been visiting this area for holidays every year for the past 10 years! All the time you are being watched and remarks are being made - new rules invented on spot. You don’t get to rest even at the beach! ||The cherry on the cake was one of the owners coming to “close” the beach every day at 6pm!! He would just stay behind us, watching us and his clock, acting nervous, making us feel very uncomfortable. This is completely unacceptable! ||With such a large coastal area in Greece, I would recommend you go someplace else for...
