If you like a quiet space for your holiday in Crete, this is the perfect spot. Our favourite accommodation in Crete among all the many places we have stayed! 😀 The apartment, pool and grounds are well maintained and very clean. The grounds are spacious and pleasant with many beautiful flowers and fruit trees as well as an olive grove. The apartment is eqipped with everything you need for a good holiday. The owners are very welcoming and helpful while also very respectful of residents' privacy. Sitia, a beautiful town just 3 kilometres away, offers good restaurants, supermarkets and other shopping as well as a good beach. Excellent beaches on the east coast (eg. Not clean and accommodation not ad described. No wifi around the premises. No TV available. And airconditioning only in living room leaving the sleeping rooms very hot! A lot of the sunbeds at the pool were broken. The place was dry and bron, not like the pictures that were placed online. Bbq was very dirty. The pizza oven was used to store cleaning supplies. The overall feeling was that there was some renewal and painting done some years ago but afterwards maintenance went dead and now it is getting worse every year. La plus grande surprise a été d’être contacté 1 semaine avant notre départ pour nous dire que la réservation (faite en février) devait être modifiée ! Nous devions passer les 3 premiers jours dans un hôtel à côté… N’appréciant pas cette façon de faire, nous avons préféré choisir un lieu de notre choix pour les 3 jours mais dans l’urgence ! La réservation du reste du séjour a alors été supprimée sans explication ! Nous avons donc réservé à nouveau pour la même période mais avec un tarif à la hausse… Bref une succession d’événements inconfortables qui ont engendré des modifications également dans le vol d’avion, la navette etc..|Quant à la location, le cadre est très agréable mais dans la location, la vaisselle n’était pas propre, la porte de la machine à laver sommairement réparée, des cheveux dans les évacuations, des dégoulinures sous l’évier …|Enfin, une belle piscine mais fermée à partir de 19 h et un robot de nettoyage...
