Completely neglected and misleading, if you compare to photos on their website||I toured the premises in high season and was genuinely shocked at the state of neglect. Even the plants and trees look sad and dry, clearly not watered for ages,|At least not a green leaves to be seen,|And a living plant in a flower pot.|There’s rubbish in the driveway corners, a broken-off fence near the seaside, and overall no sign of maintenance or care, or any interest making an effort.||Tennis court..... I am sorry, a deserted grave yard with grave stones removed would be a more suitable description. Not used for ages. Only the net gives away the former function||Lighting is poor to non-existent, with lamp posts not working, and if standing crooked or not standing up at all,|The restaurant and bar area were almost all unlit and closed, with staff standing around bored and nothing happening. It felt almost completely deserted despite being peak season.|Staff being very polite, friendly and helpful though.||Strangely, many of the best online ratings seem to come from French reviewers—which I find hard to believe. I doubt even the French would consider this level of decay acceptable, so it really makes you question how up-to-date or genuine those reviews are.||Honestly, it’s sad because you can see this place was once decent, but it’s now so run-down I doubt it will even be open next season if nothing changes.||The so-called beach is also a huge disappointment: there is no real sand at all, only pebbles and boulders, and access is via a broken, crumbling asphalt ramp. Nothing like the “golden bay” shown in their promotional photos.||Advice: Don’t rely on old photos or outdated positive reviews. We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Lassion Golden Bay Hotel & Resort, and it exceeded all our expectations. The resort's 17 hectares of lush greenery and stunning 180° sea views create an idyllic setting. The rooms, all recently renovated, are equipped with modern amenities and offer breathtaking views. The 450m² swimming pool, direct sea access, and exceptional leisure facilities ensured a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure.

Dining at their restaurant was a culinary delight, offering exquisite Cretan dishes that were both authentic and delicious. The variety and quality of the food were exceptional, making each meal a memorable experience. Breakfast is served by Maria, a local lady who couldn't be more friendly and helpful. Maria radiated happiness and Greek hospitality, making each morning a joyous start to the day.

A special mention goes to William, the owner, who was incredibly welcoming and polite. He went above and beyond to ensure that we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. His warm hospitality truly made us feel at home.

Ośrodek okazał się bardzo daleki od tego co było prezentowane w opisie i na zdjęciach... Pokoje jakie mieliśmy do wyboru były w fatalnym stanie. brud, kurz, stęchlizna, robaki, pleśń, fetor... jednym słowem tragedia.

Zaczęło się od problematycznej (ogólnie niedziałającej) klimatyzacji i odrażającego zapachu, którego nie można było się pozbyć mimo wietrzenia. w innych pokojach nie było lepiej. tylko 2 miały klimatyzację, która faktycznie działała pomimo hałasu, ale w obu panował okropny smród. jeden z nich nie miał klucza do drzwi ogrodowych, więc ostatecznie został nam do wyboru tylko jeden... którego stan był okropny (pajęczyny, plamy, kurz, obrzydliwy zapach z łazienki, koszmarny zapach z lodówki).

Basen również okazał się brudny, zaniedbany, po powierzchni pływały robaki i dziwne płyny. od dawna nikt tam dokładnie nie sprzątał.

Obiekt jest stary, zaniedbany i bardzo zapuszczony.

Podsumowując, czuję się oszukany, gdyż była to najdroższa rezerwacja z jakiej skorzystaliśmy podczas 7 dni na Krecie w różnych jej częściach. Szczerze mówiąc, było to zdecydowanie najgorzej spożytkowane 75 Euro jakie pamiętam. W porównaniu do innych obiektów kompletne rozczarowanie.

Obsługa także pozostawiała wiele do życzenia. Pracownik, zgodził się na częściowy zwrot pieniędzy/rekompensatę poprzez przelew bankowy przy wymeldowaniu, ale do dnia dzisiejszego środków nie otrzymałem. Później kolejna osoba z ośrodka próbuje się wykręcać że niby ta zmiana pokoju to był ‘darmowy upgrade” – idealny przykład z deszczu pod rynnę.

Niestety poziom obsługi klienta dużo poniżej oczekiwań. Ośrodek powinien być zainteresowany naprawą sytuacji, a nie żebym to ja musiał się irytować i tracić czas oraz nerwy na pisanie wiadomości przez tyle dni.
