This place was truly idyllic ! an experience that touched all my senses. From the essence of the sea and the fresh beach air in my hair, to the soft sand beneath my feet and the breathtaking blue of the sea just across our beachfront, everything felt like paradise. The pink-violet bougainvilleas, the soothing colors surrounding us, and the warm, welcoming staff created an atmosphere of pure relaxation. The food was equally unforgettable ! especially the fresh catch of the day at a local restaurant recommended by our host: Galini , where the marinated anchovies in olive oil were absolutely to die for. Our host was so kind to recommend us places to visit with him and on our own; We even rented an ATV to explore the island, adding a sense of adventure to the serenity.

I didn’t want to come out of the water, the beach was beautiful and the water so crystal clear.

Demetrius greets you just as you arrive! A glass of local wine and some olives to get you into the right state of mind. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I give them 4 stars. Out front of your bungalow is a beach of black sand and volcanic rocks. Bring water shoes to get into the water. Serenity and a beautiful beach away from the hustle and bustle of Fira and Oia.. Both towns completely overran with cruise ship day trippers. Kamari beach, which is just a 5 minute cab ride or 15 min walk down the beach of the very same shores you're on, is a delightfully chill and relaxing town. Not overrun by said cruise ship day trippers. Don't get me wrong, nothing against them and the crowds that accompanied them chasing the sunsets. If you are looking for a quiet place to spend your time on Santorini this is the place. It is away from the tourist hustle and the major beach towns. The room is cute and well designed with a nice porch that gets afternoon shade. Dimitri and Monica are exceptionally friendly and helpful with recommendations and booking assistance for a variety of things.

You will need to rent a car to get to this location or have a taxi operator on speed dial to get yourself around the island. The loungers on the beach right out front of the apartment are very convenient. Unfortunately the beach, and water are pretty rocky. In our 3 days we only used the loungers once for a few hours.
