Χαγιάτι Νάουσα — Hotel in Naousa Municipality

I do not know why they call it a SPA. Nevertheless, it is a fine establishment, a short walk from the center of the town.|The people there are very friendly and available, and know how to make a descent coffee.|The room was spacious, clean, and nice. No real view from the second floor window though. The relatively old tv set with the sticky remote was a cacophony, but since I was not there for watching tv I did not mind. |The room was really warm and the available duvet was so thick that you did not even need the heating while you slept.|But then you go to the spacious bathroom. It was cold. I mean really, the temperature difference was significant. Still, if you left the door open then the heat of the bedroom warmed the bathroom. It was clean, offered all the necessary amenities. But there was no bath mat, so visitors should be careful will taking a bath. |The breakfast was OK. Nothing special but still there were choices and it was plentiful enough. The coffee was really bad, but there was tea, orange juice etc.|All in all, for one night and for the money they were asking it was a...

We booked 2 rooms at Hagiati for a special occasion, we were given a nice but small room instead of a suit as promised (word of advice get everything in writing from them). Our second room was a attic type room that had a window on the ceiling right above our bed!!!! The window did have a roller blind that did absolutely nothing and let all the sunlight and heat in the room. After speaking to a lady at front desk she suggest we put a towel over the window, well that did nothing either. We were then made to feel that we were acting like fussy ungrateful guests and were told no other suitable rooms were available. We were not looked after at all the lady that worked at the hotel did not care about our concerns what so ever and showed no remorse for their stuff up. After being treated like we didn't matter we decided to book another newer hotel with much better décor and better location for the same rate and leave Hagiati.|Would not recommend staying at this hotel, much better hotels available nearby with staff that have a better attitude and professionalism. I'll spend my money...

Μείναμε στη Σουίτα για 2 βράδια και δυστυχώς η εμπειρία μας δεν ήταν αυτή που περιμέναμε. Δύο οικογένειες, από ένα παιδί.

Η σουίτα είχε έναν κοινόχρηστο χώρο με δύο μονά κρεβάτια, ένα μπάνιο και ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι. Δυστυχώς, το δωμάτιο ήταν μικρότερο και παλαιότερο απ' ό,τι περιμέναμε, και η καθαριότητα δεν ήταν στο επίπεδο που θα έπρεπε. Το πάτωμα δεν ήταν καθαρό και οι κάλτσες μας μαυρίσανε στα πρώτα βήματα. Επιπλέον, δύο από τις πετσέτες είχαν κίτρινους λεκέδες.

Κατά τη διάρκεια του πρωινού θέλαμε ένα κουταλάκι, Τα 3 πρώτα κουταλάκια που πήραμε τυχαία ήταν βρώμικα, είχαν κολλημένα πάνω υπολείμματα τροφών, το 4 που πήραμε ήταν καθαρό . Στη συνέχεια, πήγα στη ρεσεψιόν για να αναφέρω το περιστατικό, καθώς δεν υπήρχε κάποιος στο χώρο του πρωινού, και ευγενικά ανέφερα ότι η καθαριότητα του δωματίου επίσης δεν ήταν ικανοποιητική. Η αντίδραση του υπαλλήλου της ρεσεψιόν ήταν εντελώς αδιάφορη και δεν έλαβα καμία απάντηση ή εξήγηση.

Ακόμα πιο απογοητευτικό ήταν το γεγονός ότι λίγο αργότερα με κάλεσε μια κυρία έξω από τον χώρο του πρωινού, η οποία μου επιτέθηκε λεκτικά και μου φώναξε. Δεν αρκέστηκε να επιρρίψει ευθύνες για τα παράπονα μου, αλλά ανέφερε δύο ανύπαρκτα περιστατικά από την προηγούμενη μέρα, που το ένα εξ αυτών αφορούσε το παιδί μου (απαράδεκτο κατ' εμέ να μπλέξει και το παιδί στο ψέμα της), ισχυρίστηκε ότι όλοι οι άλλοι επισκέπτες του ξενοδοχείου είχαν παραπονεθεί για την "φασαρία". Το παιδί μου είναι πολύ ήσυχο και ευγενικό, οπότε κάτι τέτοιο ήταν εντελώς αβάσιμο. Η κυρία φρόντισε επίσης να ενημερώσει τους φίλους μας που έφτασαν αργότερα για το "ποιον μας" και να μας δυσφημίσει χωρίς λόγο.

Η όλη συμπεριφορά ήταν απαράδεκτη και αγενής, κάτι που δυστυχώς με έκανε να μην μπορώ να συστήσω το ξενοδοχείο σε κανέναν. Δεν θα ξαναεπισκεφθούμε το κατάλυμα, καθώς νιώσαμε ότι η εξυπηρέτηση και η ποιότητα ήταν πολύ κάτω από τα...
