Hotel Nessos is a cosy family hotel beautifully situated in the Rodope Mountains in Northern Greece with an amazing vieuw. The hosts Gabriel and Sofia do the outmost to make your stay as pleasant,convenient and special as possible. The rooms are nicelly furnitured and are spacy and clean. The food is great. Excellent hotel,great Greek food and friendly atmosphere. Rooms good and clean with fantastic views over Paranesti and mountains beyond.We stayed 5 nights in all and wish we could have stayed longer. My wife and I`s primary purpose to visit this area was to Bidwatch,photography and relaxing and to visit the famous "Virgin Forest of Fracto", which surely is must if you are in this area,and it did not disappoint, it is a magical place. The owner Gabriel and his wife Sophia were very friendly and helpful,and gave us lots of information about the area.Will be going back...

After finishing our hiking in Virgin Forrest of Frakto we found this hotel for sleeping over night. It is a honest hotel for the price. The room has a double bed with 2 mattress. The tv in the room has every 10sec froze. The water pressure was just enough for a bath. The whole hotel were clean. The owners were friendly. The lobby area was beautiful, with a library! In the coffee area you can drink or eat something with a view all over Paranesti and the mountains...
