Stay away from this disgrace of Greek tourism. Misleading descriptions of rooms, rudeness, unprofessionalism.||We arrive with a rental car and our luggage. There is no sign of reception. A poorly dressed woman greets us with 'What do you want". What else would we want? Is this a way to greet your customers?||We are then taken to our room, described as 30 sqm with pool view at 117 eur / night. The room not only|does not have a pool view, it has no view at all as it has no windows! We complain and the response is 'that's it, take it or leave it'. Eventually we are moved to a smaller but similarly claustrophobic room with a single window, barely enough to circulate air and under no circumstances with a pool view. ||We spend the first night, sleeping at 1 am due to the noise of youngsters shouting in the pool area which we can hear but not see. We wake up and try to make some filter coffee in our room as it had a kettle , cups and a spoon, only to realize there is no coffee there. We go and fill our cups in the breakfast area and about 10 mins later we go there again to order a coffee. We are informed that they will charge us 16 euros / person for breakfast !!! as filter coffee is part of breakfast. We complain and they agree to charge us for 4 coffees (2 filter and the two espressos we were waiting to pick up). As we are waiting for those and since we paid for filter coffee, we try to refill our cups. We are told that now they will have to charge us for 6 coffees! When we say we do not want the extra filter coffees they respond they prefer to throw them away or drink them themselves that's let us have them. ||I am Greek and feel very embarrassed there are still businesses that behave like this to trick you and grab a few extra euros, this is a disgrace for Greek tourism, stay away from this horrible place until their owners realize they need to change their mindset and respect...

Read moreOur 7 nights stay was fabulous. The family hotel is very well located if you have a car. We made day trips to all the main attractions of the island and it never took us more than 35 min to get to our destination. The pool and the garden are very nice. Though the kitchenette is not fully equipped (not that many knives, pans, etc.), you can cook simple meals and definitively prepare your own breakfast. There is a small refrigerator. There are 2 to 3 supermarkets on your way to the port. You can even ask the owners for food delivery at the hotel. We had dinner a couple of times at the hotel and it was perfect (again, the garden is very nice with tables and chairs). The service was great. They are very nice people. They cleaned our room every day and you don't need pool towels. They offer them to you. There is parking and the hotel is very secure. They even close the gate after a certain hour. You will get a code to get in. Wifi was OK. It depends on where you are... Overall an amazing experience. I would recommend this hotel to families but also couples who are looking for a quiet and...
