We had the most delicious dinner at Olvo. The food, service and atmosphere was perfect. Mike was a phenomenal and very personable waiter and made sure our experience was exactly as we wanted. Our only complaint is that we leave Paros tomorrow and can’t dine here again until next time!

Had a fabulous dinner at Olvo during our stay at Adronis Minois. The restaurant is beautifully furnished with a sea view and the food was delicious and fresh. While the menu is limited, the chef kindly swapped out the protein in one of our dishes due to diet restrictions. We had the chicken, broccolini side and lobster pasta. The cocktails were well done and we were visited by the friendly cat (named Tiger) throughout the dinner.
