Unbeatable Views and Outdoor Living Space! Liked · The apartment offers a spectacular view of the Aegean Sea and the neighboring island of Antiparos, with unforgettable sunsets. The facilities are excellent, featuring a beautiful pool and high-quality outdoor furniture. Although the complex includes three separate apartments (or villas), it feels very private—you never feel crowded by neighbors. Inside, the villa is bright and tastefully minimalist, with well-made furniture. We rented a two-bedroom, two-bath villa for just two people, so the extra space was a luxury. The main bedroom was spacious, and while the bed was on the firm side, it was comfortable. The main bathroom, however, could use a bit of updating. The vanity was nice, but other elements—especially the shower with its handheld showerhead and tiles —would benefit from some refreshing. The second bathroom was located downstairs along with a washing machine. Having laundry facilities was a big plus, and the owners thoughtfully provided a laundry basket, clothespins, and a large outdoor drying rack. Thanks to the strong island breezes, clothes dried quickly and easily outside. The bedrooms have outdoor wood shutters - just open the window and latch them shut. We appreciated that feature is it kept the room dark and quiet. The property manager was lovely and quicky showed us around and provided recommendations for dining and beaches nearby. We were given a basket of fresh fruit, two bottles of water, and wine upon check in. Lastly, the apartment is located about 10 minutes from Paralia where the ferry that goes to Antiparos. It was a very easy and simple ferry ride, even with our car. The ferry leaves continually. You simply drive on and pay once on board. It costs about 10 euros for two people and a car. Disliked · Like many places in the Greek islands, access can be a little tricky since some roads are unpaved. This apartment sits about ¾ mile off the main road. The drive is bumpy but manageable with any car. It was a little hard to locate at first (our GPS missed it), but using Sole Café as a landmark helped—just turn right onto the road before reaching the café on your left. (As a side note, Sole Café is a great spot for breakfast!) This isn’t really a drawback, just something to keep in mind—the trade-off is incredible views in exchange for slightly less convenient access. The location is also great for exploring nearby towns. Parasporos, a charming seaside village with a nice waterfront and several restaurants, is about 15 minutes away. Even closer—just 7 minutes from the property—is the boutique hotel Mythic, which has a restaurant called Muzzein. The menu there is limited, but the service, cocktails, and views make it worth a visit. Another nice place to visit is Lefkes, a mountain town about 15–20 minutes away, known for its pretty alleyways lined with shops and restaurants. One important note: the tap water at the apartment is not drinkable. It’s fine for washing, but you’ll need bottled water for drinking. Since we didn’t cook during our stay, this wasn’t much of an issue. Lastly, be aware of traffic heading into Naoussa, where the main ferry port is located. At busy times, the drive can take much longer than expected—sometimes up to an hour. The worst congestion tends to be around lunchtime, especially at a four-way intersection where the road from the apartment has the only stop sign, causing long backups while other traffic flows freely. At one point, it took us 45 minutes to cover just 1.5 miles.

During our stay in Ocean Villa Paros, the experience was fantastic. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, especially during sunset. The view from the pool area was also stunning making every moment special. The interior design was equally impressive and every corner of the house was thoughtfully designed making you feel like home. I will definitely recommend it to anyone.
