I came in expecting to have good food and service but got the opposite. When I go to a restaurant in Paros, especially a beach restaurant I already expect high costs so that’s not an issue. We were sat and ordered food and drinks but then were served bread and a small serving of tuna, and told “this is a welcome”. Our food came and the salad was plain, souvlaki was pan seared with no seasoning or flavour and everything else was mediocre. What I didn’t expect from the bill though was a charge for service. I inquired to the staff and she said she would get a manager then left and served others and I then waited for someone else to show. Once they did I inquired again and she explained that it’s a charge for “plates, utensils, service and the bread and offering at the beginning”. Now in Greece you pay for bread, and offerings are assumed to be complimentary but when explaining this to the waitress and how a service charge is not appropriate and that tax includes a certain percentage for this, she instead started belittling me saying that all over Greece it is like this and that when I travel do I complain to everyone about service. I attempted to keep civil and be polite but the fact that as a Greek national who has been all over my own country I can assure this is not true. Une belle plage certes mais un service déplorable qui gâche la beauté du lieu.
Nous sommes arrivées à 14h sur le lieu afin de profiter pleinement de la plage avant de passer à table vers 16h.
Après notre installation dans la partie lunch, nous nous voyons annoncer que la cuisine fermait à partir de 16h et que la carte serait limitée.
Toutefois, cette information n'avait pas été communiquée à notre arrivée en début d'après-midi.
Alors que nous avions passé commande, nous avons eu le droit à 3 allers retours en cuisine en nous disant que rien n'était disponible.
Nous avons cru à un sketch et pourtant...
A ce même moment nous avons également eu le droit à une remarque de la directrice de l'établissement qui précisait à son serveur devant nous « n’envoi pas tous en cuisine en même temps sinon elle va péter un câble »
Le pauvre serveur somme toute très gentil s'est occupé de nous seul tant bien que mal pendant que sa direction le laissait se débrouiller et sans même nous adresser un mot d’explication.
Pendant notre repas, la qualité des plats n'étaient pas au rendez-vous et il y a même eu une inversion de plat.
De plus, l'attente était très longue et le personnel semblait débordé alors qu’il n'y avait que 3 tables d’occupés, je n'ose pas imaginer le KO en temps de coup de feu.
Coté BED plage privée : le service sur la plage est inexistant et ne mérite pas son tarif excessif.
En fin de journée, lors de notre départ nous faisons part de nos remarques et de notre mécontentement au manager français de l’établissement.
Le pire reste à venir... pour « oublier » cet incident il décide donc de nous offrir 2 plats dont 1 cocktail non consommé et ose nous dire "je vous propose de vous l'offrir"... aucun sens du commerce.. la limonade est arrivé juste pour une personne alors que nous étions 4 du jamais vu, un vrai scandale.
Pour couronner le tout, au lieu d'assumer la responsabilité de cette prestation médiocre, le manager n'a pas hésité à accuser son serveur devant nous et lui faire porter toutes les responsabilité.
Un grand manque de professionnalisme pour cet établissement et un manager désagréable qui communique mal et est à la limite de l'accusation avec ses clients.
En bref, nous vous donnez pas des airs de plages Hypes et luxueuse alors que vous n'êtes pas à la hauteur de telles prestations de services et d’accompagnement client.
Dommage car le lieu est très beau et sa plage superbe.
Nous recommandons plutôt la partie...

The beach and atmosphere are incredible, but the restaurant was an absolute disaster of an experience and the management was completely incompetent. We had a reservation for 2:30, when we arrived they told us they had no record of the reservation (I called and made the reservation myself). They agreed to sit us at 3:30. When we returned at 3:30 the French speaking manager proceeded to seat all the French customers that had just arrived without a reservation before us, and we finally sat at 4:30.
