Kanali Beach House — Hotel in Preveza Municipality

The best thing about any place is how well one sleeps. We got a great night's sleep because of the comfortable bed and quiet location. This guest house is on a quiet stretch of barren beach. ||Our room was the smallest of the 3 apartments with a couch, a small seating area, kitchenette and bathroom. It wasn't huge but there was place for all of our stuff and we were comfortable. ||The yard is a great place to hang out with a full green lawn, several tables made out of olive press wheels and a fresh sea breeze. The beach is right across the street but it's not a developed beach. We didn't see anyone on it.||the owner is exceptional. we kept asking to move back our arrival time as we explored more of the region and he was always, sure no problem enjoy. He even came back that night and stayed in a spare room in case we had questions or needed help (that's crazy good customer service). That evening and the next morning we got to visit and he shared stories from his life working abroad and living in greece. one of the special moments that make a great memory (you feel less like a tourist as a result).||We wish we had come early and stayed later. So much to see. ||If you walk a short distance up the street you'll come to a restaurant Miriounis (looks good, probably is), go past that a few hundred feet more and you'll come to another large restaurant, ΑΙΟΛΟΣ, we had a good meal here with grilled calamari, chicken slouvaki and a killer beet root salad (go figure, in our town beets come in cans, these were fresh...

We visit Kanali Beach House for 7 years now, as we cannot imagine our summers without this place. They have the best garden in the area, full of grass, palm trees and flowers, with a beautiful sea view. The beach is just across the village road, kilometers long and quite wide, so it never gets crowded. The house has the best sunset view. The apartments are big and functional, equipped with all one needs for a comfortable vacation, including a big fridge :) The hosts are nice and hospitable, for us like a family. As we always stay long, our dear Lambrini often surprises us with her fantastic home-made treats. The area is beautiful for exploring, including the beautiful city of Preveza, Vrachos, Parga,...

It is a fantastic place, peaceful and beautiful! For the second year in a row, we spent our vacation there with our daughter and friends. The hosts clean the room every second day. They change the towels and sheets as well, leave small sweets as a compliment :-) The kitchen is equipped with all a family may need to eat at home, and there is a barbeque in the back yard where we grilled fish. The garden is nicely arranged and spacious with palms, benches, and tables which is great for families with kids. The view of the sea and especially the sunsets are astonishing!
