The Luxury Villas Preveza — Hotel in Preveza Municipality

This is a complex of 4 brand new stone-built villas directly in front of the beach. Our family had a wonderful time thanks to the great and genuine hospitality offered by the owners, Petros and Olga. Communication was quick, efficient, discreet, and professional all the way and they were very responsive and understanding to our needs. The villas are fully equipped so that practically nothing is missing for a relaxing stay. As they are stone built, they are also naturally cool throughout the day (which creates a very comfortable indoors environment), so that air conditioning is almost never needed (of course it is available if needed). For the garden view villas, there is a communal (for all the guests) garden with stone built seats just above the beach, so that one can enjoy the amazing sunsets as well. The beach is practically private as the only entrance is through the complex. There are also several sun-umbrellas and sun beds, but also tents made of reeds for sun-protected naps next to the sea, for the use of the guests. At the entrance, next to the private parking, there is a well-kept garden where several fruits and vegetables are being grown and from where you can take anything that is ready to be eaten/cooked (the kids enjoyed the cherry tomatoes and string beans a lot). The center of the city of Preveza is 5-10mins drive, where one can find banks, shops, supermarkets, restaurants (a lot of them offer delivery as well). The area offers many beautiful natural attractions, probably the best being the river of Acherontas, where one can try kayak, rafting, go on guided tours, etc. Overall, we had a great family time thanks to the genuinely friendly but at the same time professional hospitality that Petros and Olga offer, and we really hope to find the opportunity and...

Preveza's best kept secret is out...located about 5km from Preveza marina and nested around country roads and orchards is this luxurious and private villa. The gated compound consists of 4 villas (2 beach view and 2 garden view villas) which are beautifully and luxuriously decorated. The property might seem ideal for couples but was perfect for my group of 3 families with little kids, with each family of 4 in a villa. The beach is located directly behind the property and is very private. Petros the owner was very helpful with recommendations and was always on hand (on his bike) whenever he was needed.

These Villas are absolutely gorgeous. Our holiday has been fantastic: the place is wonderful, the villa is modern and has everything you need. We spent a lot of time by the pool and in the beach in front of the villa, super quiet and cleanest water. The owners are fantastic, Petros and his wife are the most wonderful hosts we’ve ever meet.
