Αρχοντικό Βιγλάτορας (Viglatoras Traditional Inn) — Hotel in Sintiki Municipality

As Stellios explained to me, 'halara' in Greek means something like 'leisure' or 'chill'. And this inn is nothing if not halara.|The stay felt more like a stay with generous yet inobtrusive friends than at a hotel. Everything about the place was clearly thoughtfully considered: the furniture, the fireplace, the mattress, the music in the lobby, the home-made cakes and jam. A stunning family run hotel. Beautiful large rooms which are very clean and comfortable with all usual facilities . Stelios and Phylis are very warm and welcoming , always friendly and willing to help in any way . Both breakfast and evening meals were absolutely delicious with lots of freshly cooked traditional food . The location was fantastic for bird watching set in a lovely village with lots of surrounding mountains and woodland. The local villagers are very friendly .
