“A dream house in style and nature” First of all, the house is located at a really magical spot, at the top of a mountain surrounded by trees and with an astonishing view over the Pagasitikos bay, so it actually combines mountain & sea at the same time! The house itself is very cozy, very functional, fully equipped and is decorated with a great taste, with traditional touches but mainly in a contemporary manner. The bedrooms are so nice and the shower was pleasantly spacious! Generally there were so many details at the decoration and the equipment that really made a difference, eg. the kitchen had 2 different coffee machines, a set of professional knifes, a dishwasher, spices, a beautiful set of plates, cups and glasses and many other amenities, all chosen in style that really made the kitchen one of my favorite places to be! :) There was a hard disk full of movies and music, a washing machine, iron & board and even a hidden board full of tools! We stayed at villa Thalia during winter, so we loved gathering with our friends around the fireplace in the evenings to watch a film or chat, sitting at the very relaxing and large living room sofa. As it was snowy outside, we didn’t use the beautiful terrace with the bbq but we will certainly visit villa Thalia again in order to indulge ourselves in its warm hospitality and explore the surroundings during spring or summer. Needless to say that we really felt like home and enjoyed our staying so much that we highly recommend staying at villa Thalia, especially if someone loves nature and peace. I have been a few times to stay at Pelion Holmes all at different times of the year and each time was perfect! The design of each house is beautiful and the attention to detail and the interiors are of great taste. They are fully equipped with everything you could possibly need and had lots of useful stuff for kids too! Vila Selini is my favourite! We loved making home made Pizza in the pizza oven outside on the terrace! And has THE most divine view!

The hosts were incredibly helpful & friendly and guided us to the most extraordinarily beautiful hikes where we walked through the most stunning forests at the beginning of Spring where we were completely on our own not a soul in sight! and then in to areas of snow & ice left from the Cold Winter...the most divine beaches I have seen outside of Mexico! Horse riding treks and incredible evenings at the local Music Festival at the end of August, delicious meals at local villages in the most picturesque Tavernas... They also sell some products from the region inside the houses so that on arrival you are 'set-up'! - including the most delicious Granola which we ate each morning and an amazing bottle of smokey Tsipouro, amazing wines, along with honey and other delights!

It is one of my favourite places in the world! cannot recommend Pelion...

This place ist just amazing!! The house has the perfect size for a small family, we were two adults and two children. It is beautiful decorated, very cozy and fully equipped. Bed and pillows are very comfortable! The terrace overlooking the sea andthe small pool were our favorite places! We really enjoyed cooking, having BBQ and drinks there!! We also enjoyed having tomatoes and cucumbers from the garden and some fresh Greek products that are also available in the house. It is our second time there and we will love to book it again! It is the perfect place for people who enjoy mountains and sea! We were discovering the surroundings and every two days we were driving between forty minutes and one hour to beautiful beaches!! Dimitri and Stathis know the region very well and have tips for every plan, they are fantastic hosts. We were in very nice beaches and restaurants thanks to their tips!! Close to the house ( ten minutes walking) there are very good options to eat, specially the restaurant under the big old trees is great with children and you find simple and good food. We...
