It is difficult to review tavernas or food places in Pileo, simply because almost all of them are pretty good. But this little place is especially gorgeous, in one of the most idyllic villages, a super host in Theo, and the food is not only extremely well made but it has that warmth and feeling you get from something that is created for the home. We have in been in Greece for one month and 2 weeks - one week in Pelion. We came back to this place night after night for the whole week simply because it was the greatest tavern in whole Greece that we ate it. The homemade food was incredible. I am vegetarian and every night, they took care of me and made me different plate and all of them were amazing. My boyfriend eats everything and his food was also amazing. One of the best meals in Pelion having travelled in the region extensively. Delicious local specialities cooked by Eva - everything was perfect. Plenty of options for vegetarians and meat-eaters alike. They also make their own lemonade. Theodore was a kind and warm host, sharing stories and giving us great recommendations for what to order.
