WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER! We arrived at the hotel late afternoon after a 20 hour drive and we were met at the reception saying that there are no rooms available now and we have to wait even though everything was booked almost 2 weeks prior our arrival. We've been waiting there for almost 4 hours . Finally We've got our FIRST room. We walk in and see that the conditioner is not turning on so we go back to the reception along with the receptionist,we wait another 30 mins, then the bosses wife comes to us and gives us the SECOND room. We leave our stuff in the room, have dinner at their kitchen and as soon as we stand up,we're being asked to change back to our first room for the THIRD TIME because they fixed it. We go back the a/c turns on,alright,we thought we settled now. The a/c was working for almost 2 hours on minimal temperature but the room was still hot and suffocating so I go back to the reception and let him know that the a/c is not working,it was blowing hot air from outside. The guy said he can't give us another room at that moment and we had to sleep one night like that and he promised that next morning at 8 a.m he would fix the problem. Next morning we talked with him again and made sure that everything will be fixed when we come back and he promised it would. As expected, almost 6 in the evening we come back and nothing was fixed. The guy asked us to sleep another night like that in that oven and next morning everything will be ok. We asked for a refund which of course isnnot possible at that 4 star hotel. Then after a small and weird argument, they gave us the FOURTH room. The a/c was working the shower is from the 90s but we didn't care anymore we were so tired we just wanted a room with a working air conditioner which we've finally got. We stayed in that room for another night next morning, for the FIFTH TIME he asked us to change back to our room with the broken ac because they fixed it and I told him he has no chance of moving us out one more time. Changing 5 rooms in 2 days is something ridiculous that I've never heard off before, like what is even this hotel??? Even one night before we had to leave (9 night in total), that "receptionist" told us again that they changed the a/c in our room 311 and tomorrow we can move back to our room. I told him we are leaving next day, so no need to.
All in all: This hotel deserves one star only, which is for the staff working there, especially the room cleaning.
Useless, receptionist.
Same food everyday. I ate more egg shells in 8 days than I ate in my whole life from that omelette.
Old,smelly furniture(including showers and air conditioners)
Photos of the hotel are old. The beach is not arranged anymore(no sunbeds). Full of rocks.
The swimming pool smells like a lake with frogs.
The location of the Hotel is bad. Narrow road not good for taking a walk.
The owner of the hotel is greedy. He doesn't care about his customers and he doesn't want to invest money in the hotel but the prices are so high. When we had got there, we were asked for a 10€ tax for every day of our stay.
I REALLY DON'T KNOW HOW THIS HOTEL...
Read moreWe chose this hotel for its promise of peace and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of overcrowded resorts. And yes, it was quiet... except for the walls. I kid you not – the walls are so thin, I now know that my neighbor's cousin has a cat named "Mitsos" and that they argue about feta cheese recipes. Privacy? A distant dream.
The rooms? Decent. Not luxurious, but you’ve got a place to sleep – assuming you’re okay with live audio updates from the rooms next door. The building itself seems to be made from leftover materials... possibly cardboard and good intentions.
Housekeeping is like a rare Pokémon – people say it exists, but sightings are few. In 7 days, we saw the cleaning staff exactly once. As for towels, we had to go on a personal quest to reception, armed with humility and hope.
Breakfast? Let’s just say it was the same uninspired offering every single day. You could set your watch to it. Bland, minimal, and clearly afraid of seasoning. Dinner wasn’t much better – repetitive and barely edible. We had to go out to town to eat properly, despite meals being included in the price. Irony? Served daily.
Now for the bright side – reception staff were outstanding. Genuinely helpful, kind, and eager to fix any issue. Hats off to them – they’re the true stars of this place. Honestly, they deserve to work in a better hotel.
The pool area? A bit of a jungle. Loud guests, unruly kids doing cannonballs, and everyone playing DJ on their phones. If you value peace, bring noise-cancelling headphones and maybe a meditation app.
Overall? Disappointed by the conditions, impressed by the reception staff. This place could be a hidden gem – but right now, it’s more of a "hidden joke". If management invests in better soundproofing, food, and guest discipline, it could be great. Until then, come prepared – mentally and...

The bathroom had an unpleasant smell and was covered in dust and BLACK GRIME, with the ugliest neon purple and green tiles I’ve ever seen, it literally looks like a circus corner. I had to clean the disgusting toilet, the shower cabin and the bathroom floor myself ( with the shower head) and I swear I have NEVER seen this much filth flooding a hotel bathroom before. I highly doubt any kind of sanitary treatment or cleaning solution was used before we checked in.
The TV, remote, and hairdryer do NOT work, the AC is barely holding onto its last breath, and we arrived to find no lights working. The hotel WiFi is useless and there are no usb ports in the hotel rooms. The walls are PAPER THIN, NO PRIVACY OR PEACE!
Others’ rooms happened to have the same problems, with some not even having functioning door handles and NO PROPER AMENITIES!!! My parents’ towels haven’t even been changed for two days - where is the hospitality????
At the café bathrooms, there was no toilet paper nor soap in either the men’s or women’s — my dad had to complain to the reception, where the guy was just scrolling TikTok and acted completely clueless!
There are not enough tables in the cafeteria - at breakfast or dinner we either had to sit outside getting harassed by wasps or literally sit with the food IN OUR LAP at the reception table! Food variety is very limited and there are no food labels for anyone with allergies or dietary restrictions! No bottled water in the rooms or cafeteria!
This place has not been renovated nor modernized in DECADES. Barely one star, let alone 4 stars, this must be some kind of sick joke!!! Save your money and reserve a place that actually serves as a 4 star hotel! Completely disappointed, such a shame because it is located in such a...
