Orama Thassos — Hotel in Thassos Municipality

We stayed at Orama for more than a week and the experience was pretty nice!

The place looks amazing, I loved it! Rooms also give you a nice first impression; during the stay you discover that they are made just to look nice, the quality of things inside isn’t amazing - looks like all of them are bought from Jumbo.

Service is really nice, we ate some really good food there, gyros; pizza; burgers made by the same guy who was bartender but also the chef :) big big thank you for that!

I recommend the place, but even if on Booking.com has a big rating, I would give it an 8 out of 10 as I missed the luxury experience they promised.

This place is amaizing. If you look a place in Thassos to stay don't search for anything else, just stop to Orama. From the begining you will enjoy the bar which is positioned with the face to the beach. Then it's the private beach which is a big advantage. The host (Jamie or Dimitri) is absolutely from heaven. It's just so good with people, he offers you anything you want, the rooms are exactly like in the pictures, very clean. Also, when you reach the bar, you will find Rafa which makes the best cocktails in Thassos. The breakfast is phenomenal and if you want the best pork gyros in Thassos this is the right place to be. Very good experience. The biggest apartment is quite good for a family with 1-2 kids. The main bed is exceptionally wide.

You have all appliances you may need except dishwasher. We were pleased to see that there is even a washing machine.

The view is amazing. You could hear the sea (if there is no traffic on the road that separates the property from the beach). That road is the main disadvantage of this house. It gets quiet in the night but it would definitely be fantastic if it wasn’t there.

The staff is great and very friendly. Housekeeping is amazing. Room gets cleaned every other day...
