Empress Luxury Residences — Hotel in Volos Municipality

This property is brand new (week old accepting guests - ignore the Serbian non guest comment/review). Energy efficient building (ex AC will be off if balcony doors are open,) inverter AC, double glazed windows, very quiet, super fast internet if you work remotely ask for wifi pass if not provided at arrival). Internet TV only (youtube, Netflix/your account, normal antenna TV not connected so no signal).

Great location straight line to the big public parking, next to the park of Saint Constantinos, the port, cafeterias/food/shops, Dimitriados or Iasonos main roads toward the center or Pelion.

There were minor things needed to be arranged and advised to the property but the management was always accommodating.

At arrival we have been welcomed with a bottle of white wine and water on arrival. New appliances. Nespresso machine and few capsules, small water boiler, microwave, built in oven, washing machine, cutlery, mini fridge, push mechanism cabinets/drawers (except closet doors), plenty of storage, balcony with 2 chairs and coffee table, high and spacey double bed, coco pillows. Small clothes hunger at the balcony (clips should be in one of the cabinets).

Hot water, if not working contact asap the property as it has automatic boiler and turns on after few seconds turning water to hot.

Parking is free and I had reserved a spot and confirmed after a request. There are only 2 spots at the entrance serving about 10 apts. But i don't know how its communicated to the others as I arrived late in the evening the second day and our spot was taken. Then you ll need to find on the street around the block(s). (Unfortunately property didn't reply in time when I asked why it was taken).

A known practical problem to the property is that showers, yes there are beautiful and modern, but as there is no glass on one side of the shower (at least our room) water spills all over the floor (dont forget put the toilet cover down if you don't want to wipe this too) and does not drain/dry fast. We have been provided with a mop next day to remove the excess water. Shouldn't have yo do this as a guest. Suggestion: A curtin, sliding glass door or something to fit the design would be great to avoid all the excess water spill. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The entire place was immaculately clean and well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, always available to help with any questions or needs I had during my stay. The location is also a major plus—it’s within easy walking distance to both the port and the city centre. Amazing place! Felt like home away from home! Perfectly clean, nicely decorated, had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I really liked the big balcony. The wine and coffee were a pleasant surprise. There is a fridge, microwave oven, oven, cooktop & cutlery so one can prepare meals there.

Nikoleta and everyone else were really helpful and hospitable. We stayed there during the Daniel storm and they provided us water to drink and made sure we had food. Thank you for everything and I hope to be back soon in...
