Eden Villas Zakynthos — Hotel in Zakynthos Municipality

If you want to feel like home and treated with kindness then Eden Villa is the right place to go.Giannis the host is a great guy.He is there anytime you have a problem and ready to help.We had reserved the villa in 2020 but due to the lockdown we could not travel and Giannis without any charge postponed our reservation for 2021.This meant a lot for us all.The villas (we took both of them) are fabulous even better then the photos shown on the web.Beautiful interiors, new furnitures, hot water that never goes off, amazing view outside.The location is perfect .It is just 7 minutes by car to the Navagio and 10 minutes to Porto Vromi where you can rent a boat and explore the nearby beaches.The garden of the villas is huge and the pool is the best part of the garden.It is cleaned daily by Giannis brother a kind guy who also is ready to help for everything.The villas are quiet and private.They are cleaned two times a week by professional staff.The people of the village Anafonitria are the most kind people that I have ever met in all my voyages.We had a great stay in Zakynthos and Eden Villas will be a...

Nice villa big enough for 6 adults in a small village. It was clean on arrival. Two rooms and the main kitchen/lounge area have good quality air conditioning (the second double bedroom has no air conditioning). There are TVs, some books, and internet (although it was bit unreliable, possibly it is better in the second villa next door). It has all the amenities, towels, hairdryer, bedding, and a well-equipped kitchen. The hosts left water, wine and juice in the fridge when we arrived. They came during the week to change the towels and bedding, empty the bins and clean the house, and they came daily to clean the pool. There are a four or five tavernas and cafes within walking distance as well as two mini markets where you can pick up water, bread, dry food and some perishables such as cheese and milk. For a proper shop you have to travel quite a long way to Alykes for a big supermarket. The hosts left some brochures in the villa but there is no other local information left...

Not only are the villa and garden exceptionally beautiful, but the service you get from Ioannis the host is top level. He can arrange everything for your stay - car rental, boat trips, you name it. And he always replies on the spot. We even got a complimentary bottle of wine at check in. The villa has all the equipment you need and a very picturesque location in a small mountain village. There is a shop just a short walk nearby as well as the best tavern Galaxy. Unlike other reviewers, we had absolutely no issues with the wifi, maybe they fixed it. We are so happy with our stay!
