Orquidea Limon Suites — Hotel in Comayagua

I had a group staying in three rooms in November 2024. The overall service experience was stellar. The front desk workers were kind and always ready to answer our questions. Room service came daily to empty the trash bins and tidy up. The whole place was very clean. There was plenty of space in the rooms for clothes/suitcases which was good since my family came for my wedding and brought a lot of decor! The hotel was also very accommodating of us as we were assembling and even painting some decor. We took up residence in the outdoor patio. The cafe where the patio was also offered amazing service and the fresh tea and coffees were very good. The owners were so kind and actually own this coffee shop and another that fund a ministry helping students with school. There were a couple hiccups with the room - for instance, water pressure was low one day - but, again, the front desk was attentive and answered all the questions we had and fixed the problems. The location is good, on a main road, so it is easy to get to from the CA-5 or to get around the city. Was treated with disrespect by Claudia, lady at the counter. Gave me a hard time about getting a laundry service. Had to cut my stay short due to Claudia yelling at me. I requested to speak with the owner via email and in person and never got a answer. I received an email saying they can't do anything for me bcuz I canceled the rest of my stay and they can suggest a new hotel, very repugnant. Rooms were ok. 3 star at best. Also no pool....

Good and quiet place to have a short stay at Siguatepeque. Very clean and furnitured rooms, good service and close to downtown. The hotel doesn't have its own restaurant but serve brunch, fast food and coffee thru a partner company on the same place. Good restaurants are at approx. 7 km away over the highway CA5.
