El de Arriba — Restaurant in Comayagua

We booked a conference room for a work visit with a team of 10. We booked the conference room a month in advance and had even called the day before to confirm.

When we arrived, the greeters were lost and no one had any record of our booking. They made excuses, blamed the issue on someone no longer an employee, and told us that we couldn't use the conference room until 5pm (we had reserved 12:30pm to 1:30pm.

Later, a manager came and asked me to "prove" I had a reservation 😂. This is so mediocre. After I showed her my booking, she said, "Oh, we don't use that systems anymore."
