HOTEL TEXAS GUEST SANTA LUCIA — Hotel in Francisco Morazán

Clean, perfect temperature we didn't have the AC on because it was so comfortable, the beds OMG comfortable and after our long traveling our bodies needed this rest and the hottest water! Large bathroom we enjoyed our showers 🚿 . There is much more, the hotel is just beautiful with plenty of space to sit and enjoy the surroundings. We were to busy to enjoy it but we will return and soak it all in. The breakfast was only fast cold like foods. We ate out, it's near lots of options. Laundry was a bit expensive and the whites were not so white. Great service and friendly. We felt nothing but welcome as we came and went during our stay. Let's not beat the push around, the reasons I didn't like it were:|1) There was no complementary drinking water|2) Couldn't connect to the Wi-Fi (they told me to keep trying, as if the router was gonna get tire and I'll eventually connect)|3) No hot water (in the morning it could be very cold, and it's very uncomfortable)|4) Poor cell phone signal, and because of the architecture, in some places there isn't any signal|5) No shampoo|6) Bathroom as a spring for staying shut (never seen this in any other hotel)|7) Bathroom window is on a transit hall, and couldn't close it|8) No breakfast served, unless you consider a toast with jam and coffee a breakfast|9) Room too small for the bed, supposedly is for two persons, but it's uncomfortable||When a return to Santa Lucía, I will not be staying...

I came to Santa Lucia for our family vacation. We viewed some hotel options but we made the best choice. Texas Guest House is a beautiful Ranch like Hotel. It has gorgeous gardens and the people who work there are nice and friendly. I stayed at the Texarkana Cabin which offers 1 queen and 2 twin beds. All of them have pillow top matress' and comfy pillows and sheets. It features Wifi, Smart Led TV, private bathroom with hot water, mini fridge, A/C and a Dehumidifier. They serve a nice continental breakfast for everyone. The prices are mid range going from $35.00 dollars a night and up. My room was $66.00 for a family of 4.
