Hotel Ipsan-Nah — Hotel in Intibucá

This hotel was a wonderful place to stay. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. There was onsite secure parking. Most of all I liked how beautiful the hotel was. There was a little sitting area that was beautifully decorated with handmade weavings and decorations. It was evident that this hotel supports the local and nearby artesans. Our room was lovely and spacious with extra chairs around a table where we visited with family memmbers.There was hot water in the bathroom. |Breakfast was also included in the price and there was a nice selection of choices for breakfast. We will certainly stay here again...

We stayed at Hotel Ipsan Nah with a team working outside Yamaranguila and were very satisfied with the rooms, staff and service. pésimo servicio, pagamos por adelantado la estancia (lo cual no me pareció mal), leí la hoja recomendaciones que dejan en la habitación, avisamos que visitábamos la ciudad por el festival del frio, y cuando llegamos sorpresa, el hotel estaba cerrado a las 10 pm, nos dejaron fuera la primera noche, exponiendonos a que nos pasara algo, al día siguiente hicimos el reclamo y la respuesta fue "ay si aquí se cierra a las diez de la noche" y no hicieron nada ni pedir disculpas, mas bien nos hicieron sentir culpables y nos dijeron que el guardia siempre esta pendiente para ese tipo de casos y nada que estaba ahí el guardia de seguridad. No se hizo ni dijo nada para resarcir el daño de ninguna manera, es más la recepcionista cuando le reclamé por el problema solo se limitó a decir "ahí no puedo hacer nada yo, ese no es mi problema" Demasiado inconforme con el servicio, lástima porque las instalaciones son buenas y la...
