We stayed here for 3 nights and it was 500€

Let’s start with the good points. Breakfast was pretty good most days. Pool is quite nice. Parking spots were available.

Minus points: -When we first got our room we found a bunch of hairs in the bathroom. We told this to the reception. So we got another room. Unfortunately this room also had a few hairs (see photos) we didn’t want to switch to another room so we didn’t mention this to the reception again. I think something went wrong when they switched our room, because after we came back after the second day late at night we couldn’t get into our room. The keycard was not working anymore. The reception let us in with the masterkey and told us to mention it again in the morning. The next morning they told us something was wrong with the date so they’ve changed it so that our keycard could work again. When checking out: they said we had drinks in the restaurant and had 5 types of drinks from the mini bar. We didn’t drink anything from the restaurant or from the minibar and told them that maybe something went wrong when they changed our rooms. They had to check this a couple of times, they even checked security cameras. I’ll say the unnecessary wait was not pleasant. They also wanted to charge us for the beach card we didn’t buy. But we didn’t buy/rent a beach card. She said I signed it, so I asked to see it. I saw on the voucher a signature and name that was not mine. So I guess that was the proof that something in their admin went wrong. After about 15 minutes we were allowed to go and check out. Last day of breakfast: there were a lot of flies around at the bread table, and most of the food was not fresh. It was also a Monday so maybe breakfast is only good in the weekend?

Not all bad, but not...

We booked in the new side of the complex, it’s updated beautifully, clean,location is great but and this is a big BUT why guests are pay for nearly 200$ ( 58.000huf) for one night is : the customer service and hotel Service is horrible. Receptionist are rude and had an attitude… ( both) rooms Are available From2:30 pm check out is 10:30am not even a minute flexibility, parking is kinda impossible inside their parking lot, Our room was on the 2nd floor w luggage, there is no elevator but nobody offered help for 2 women. Poolside sunbeds are cheap quaility plastic. Ordered a coffee in the afternoon while the whole bar was empty, it took 20 min to get it… Dinner was an ok selection but crazy salty… Breakfast was probably the best part….overall the place is nice, lets forget about the service…but not...

Markets itself as a 4 star hotel, prices itself as a 4 star hotel, though nothing like one.

The included dinner (buffet) was very dissapointing, the food being of poor quality and wasn’t even stocked up, so by the end of the dinner there was no more food left. What sort of “4 star hotel” does that??!!

The rooms were modern, clean, but very small. On top of that, WiFi didn’t work at all. The staff weren’t very helpful, and just kind of agreed with me when i asked them about the WiFi.

For the high price they charge, this is a ripoff, and you are much better off going to...
