Hotel located up hill from the bus stop. There are two bus stop eper utca bus stop (short cut way with 400 plus stairs) and oltvany koz bus stop. If you bring suitcase please alight from oltvany koz bus stop as its easier to carry the suitcase but takes a bit longer.
Hotel room is an old room but well maintained and clean upon arriving and check in. However during our 4 nights stay. The only cleaning they did was tidying up the bed, open up the curtain no vacum, no bathroom cleaning at all not even cleaning used cups
Bathroom shower situation is really bad. With broken shower head which water gets everywhere making the entire bathroom wet. When we asked for bath soap we got two sachet per day
Upon check in they give 2 sachet of 3in1 coffee and 2 sachet of tea and no daily refill

It is located at the top of a hill so access for people that are wheelchair bound or have difficulty walking will not be very easy. As for the hotel itself, room we had was big with access to a nice outdoor area direct from the room. Had one bedroom, bathroom, large living/dinning Space and kitchenette. We chose one morning to go for the breakfast served at the hotel each morning. What a mistake that was! It was cold tinned sausages, cold but of bacon and cold scrambled eggs. It was disgusting. We refused to eat it and cancelled our breakfast. Overall though our stay was nice. I would use this hotel again, just definitely avoid...
