I stayed here when visiting the F1 racing. The price was good and the hotel met my needs. I had breakfast included, which consisted of meats, breads, cereals, fruit, juices, coffee, tea etc. I arrived late, this was not problem as the staff sorted out for me to arrive late and collect the keys with no issues. The staff were friendly, especially so on the reception. I have room 6, the very top room. There is a right twirl stair case to reach the top, might be hard with large suitcases, but for me it was ok with smaller bags. The room was spacious, it was en-suite, with towels and hand wash. There was a fridge and a water glass. The bed was not the most comfortable, but when I got tired I slept well. Aircon is Avila el in the room, however I only managed to work it once. There is a small bar at the reception and there is plenty of seating inside and out. There is parking on the opposite side of the street, which I never found completely full that I couldn’t park. Although it is some distance to the city centre, one day I walked (very long walk) for thre rest you can get Bolt, bus etc. I used my car mainly as I was travelling to the F1. Great base to explore the area. Would recommend.

Room service was bad. They did not even share their wifi password on a piece of paper or something. The air in the room was dusty and with an awful smell even they left all windows open. The bed is old and dirty. The bathroom was ruined, dirty and old, so I could not take a shower. They were unreasonable when we asked to get money back. They refused it and offered another room which was a little bit better but still the overall hygiene was bad, so below any basic standard, everything was still old and dusty. So we must leave. The manager who works there is very unreasonable and does not do anything to take care of guests, a contrary he simply does not care. This was literally the worst placed I stayed in.

Worst experience ever . When we arrived at 2 pm they said they cannot check in us because check in starts at 3 pm .... So we went for a walk in the city center and we came back around 10 so we can do the check in because after 11 pm you cannot check in and then after taking shower we found our whole bed was full with this kind of bugs I don't know what is it exactly. We couldn't change room because reception didn't work anymore and we have to sleep in this room . I had terrible night and I believe this bugs bite me during the night because next day I got very strong allergy reaction so I had to go to doctors and make 2 weeks treatment with injections and pills which cost me 200 euro .

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! I would give zero stars if I could. I had the worst possible experience I have ever had in my 27 years of life. I am an epileptic, and I have a 5kg service dog who is trained to detect seizures. I have doctors documentation as well as his 4 medically licensed training certifications which I had in hand at check in. Additionally, I had emailed the hotel prior to my arrival date letting them know I was traveling with a service dog. I heard nothing from them, and assumed it would be okay, as my service dog is not a pet, and therefore, is never considered an animal, but rather a medically required device such as a cane or heart monitor. When I arrived at the hotel, the man working the check in counter immediately said “you must be the one with the dog” and handed me paperwork to fill out, which I promptly did, and referenced my medical reports and documentation. He proceeded to roll his eyes at me when presenting my medical papers. He told me that my service animal is a dog, and they do not allow dogs. I reminded him that my service animal is NOT considered a pet. I fly internationally, enter restaurants and businesses and medical offices with him. He told me I was not able to stay at the hotel and he would not refund me. I told him it is illegal to discriminate against someone with a disability. He told me no pets. I then repeatedly told him I do not have a pet with me, I have a medically trained service animal. He spoke over me, wouldn’t let me speak, and shooed me away stating no pets. I was never refunded; there was no apology. I left crying and had to drive 4 hours back to Austria. Please, please do not support this business. They do not treat everyone fairly. Furthermore, to reiterate what others have said, the hotel is run down, outdated and smells terribly inside. The staff is horrific, unhelpful and unapologetic. There were several other customers waiting outside on the patio as their rooms were not ready, despite it being past check in time. There were loud construction workers hollering and calling to me when I was getting out of the car and unloading my luggage in front of the hotel. Again, this is not a business ANYONE...

The worst place for your stay. The air conditioner doesn't work during daytime, so good luck staying there in the summer. The whole hotel smells like 100-year-old furniture. The experience of sleeping in their beds is about as comfortable as sleeping on bricks with a barbed wire blanket. When you wake up tired, you'll find the worst possible breakfast made of the cheapest products you can possibly find, some of them are even reused from the day before. Want some hair in your breakfast? This hotel has got you covered. The bathroom isn't the best either. Enjoy spider webs in your room? How convenient, because, again, this hotel has got your back. Love to explore the city at night? Good luck with that, since the hotel is locked at 11 pm and you have no way to get back into the room you paid an inflated price for. The hotel doesn't have a microwave, there's no way to even heat up some water. You don't have any forks, spoons or knives available to you. If someone says to you that this hotel has a panoramic view of the city they're lying, you can't see anything. This is a pest among hotels in Budapest and will...
