Staff was very, very nice! The location is at 10km distance from the center but you may park the car there and take the bus no. 5 that have the station at 100m distance from the hotel. The trip is 30-40 minutes and I recommend the bus because all the parkings in Budapest are expensive and full. The room and bathroom were clean. Very good option if you want to visit Budapest without paying a lot of money just to stay in the city center. Also, there are just a few places in Budapest that offers free parking.

Nice rooms, nice hosts. Rooms - not very big but no very smalls, conditioner air cooler, nice bathroom. Breakfast - 4.5 euros per person, very diversificate Is good. From here you arrive to Budapest center in 15-20 minutes and to Hungaroring Formula 1 circuit in 30 minutes maximum. Parking - 10-12 slots

Übel riechende, winzige Zimmer OHNE eigenes Bad.

Worst "hotel" I ever had the "chance" to stay!!! The problems identificated by me and my team (we get there for a European Championtship organized in Budapest and we need to rest before le the contest) at the begining by unfortunately very after we've paid the rooms in advanced (the receptionist ask us to pay the entire period - 4 days- before to see the rooms, in fact when he made our registration). So, when we get the rooms, we discovered: AC not functional - the room was in fact a sauna. When we claim to open it, they refused to open it, they refused to give us money back when we wanted to live the hotel and I had to call a friend of mine from Budapest to call them and tell them that she will make the letter to official institutions. In that moment they remembered the english language forgotten when we asked them polite to fix the problem and promised that the AC will be opened next day! So we had to stay almost 2 days without AC and 1 night!! No money back, not any apologies!! Beds very small, inconfortable with very low quality sheets no trash holder in room (i had to keep may garbage in a bag). Nobody get out this garbage from my room for 4 days!! I had to let all this garbage in the floor when a left the room and I need my bag back! So, we had to contest in a european championship after this experience, forced to stay there becouse they refused to pay back our money paid with cards (was easy for them to make refound but refuse to do that)! So, my advice: keep yourself out from this kind...

Booking this hotel beware of the following which might be useful info: hotel advertises free parking spots but there might not be enough spots for you. Nobody will give you a hand or any advice where you could leave your car (coming from abroad you may not know which streets are fine to park without penalty. We left the car outside of facility and we were worried about any potential problems, although the staff were around, they didn't tell us whether it was okay and I tried to ask). -if there are rains in the area the pool/spa area may be out of service. -you cannot be sure whether you will rest at night (we were unlucky to have a big group of wedding guests drinking outside of window until 2a.m. The owner doesn't seem to see any issue with that. If you don't mind a possibility of people screaming and yelling a few meters away while you are trying to sleep, it will be okay for you. While we understand the wedding celebration, peaceful nighttime rest should be a priority for a hotel. After all, it's not a pub. ++ The girl at the counter was very nice, food was okay and the hotel was close to the center if you have a car. Wifi worked with no issues. The rooms were...

I asked for a quiet room as I had to be up at 3am for a flight. Was told that I had a quiet room on the first floor by the garden. The room was in a hallway next to the bar and the front desk and the pool filter system was right next to it. We got zero sleep due to the pool pump turning on and off all night, the front desk bell ringing all night and the people at the bar shouting and laughing at the top of their lungs. The bar noise was the worst and did not start until around midnight and we went to bed around 10:30pm. It sounded like there was ten or more people in our room shouting and laughing. I got up at 12:30am and asked the front desk girl/bartender who checked us in to ask them to be quiet and she said she tried but they wouldn't, but she was actually partying with them. They then got louder on purpose so at 1:30am we got up and left the hotel. She refused to give us money back and we ended up trying to sleep for an hour in the airport parking lot before our flight home. Ruined my last...
