H55 — Hotel in Fonyódi járás

I wanted to share my opinion about this hotel. As much as the place is situated in nice area and having great spacious rooms I didn't appreciate that pool was not functioning during my stay. I contacted the hotel regarding the closed swimming pool, but I did not receive any response. I wanted to clarify the situation in a normal and friendly way, but it seems the hotel prefers not to address it.

I specifically chose this property because it advertises having a large swimming pool, which was important to me when making the booking. After making the reservation (for several days), I was not informed at any point that the pool was out of order. This is clearly misleading to the customer.

If I had been informed that the pool was not functioning, I would have booked a different place. It was hot weekend and sitting in a very nice apartment while looking at a closed pool is simply unacceptable — especially since the hotel has not replied at all, which shows they are not interested in resolving the problem with their customers. For those looking to book a property where they can have a rest, especialy while with baby I would consider to book elswhere as during our stay there were groups of young people from possibly sport comps generating lots of noise and did not respect silence at...

It's a nice aparthotel, with a beautiful and not crowded pool. The staff was extremly kind and helpful. The apartman was very modern and comfortable. The Balaton is only some minutes by walk, the city center about 15 minutes with lot of bars and restaurants. Highly recommended who want to stay in a modern apartman at Balaton. Готель новенький, наш номер був з видом у двір на власний басейн та прекрасну територію навколо нього, де можна пркупатися і позагорати, якщо вам було мало озера Балатон.) Парковка на території готелю, вїзд-виїзд лише за допомогою ключа. Персонал привітний, спілкувались англійською, все доступно і швидко ояснили. Заселення строго після 15:00. Ми прибули о 14:00, то гуляли біля озера і на гериторії годинку. Номер обладнаний усім для комфортного відпочинку: є власна кухня, де можна готувати, холодильник, кондиціонери у кухні-вітальні і у спальній кімнаті. У ванній є душ і повноцінна ванна, унітаз, біде, два умивальники, фен, гель для душу, шампунь, льосьйон для тіла. Також в номері є величезний балкон виходи як з вітальні, такі з спальні) з видом у внутрішній двір на басейн. На балконі є стіл і стільці для пікніка на вулиці. Якщо гаряче, то штора-маркіза заховає вас від сонечка. До озера Балатон Б хвилин пішки, можна йти прямо в купальниках)). Озеро в цьому місці мілке, дно піщане, гарний спуск у воду, пляж трав'янистий, є набережна, де можна гуляти вечорами. Також поблизу є бари і кав'ярні, де можна пообідати, випити пива або кави.
