Natural Pension and Health Center — Hotel in Győri járás

Even if the location seems nice, we had an overall bad experience with the services. We booked the whole place for our friends before the pandemics by paying an advance payment; the host was kind enough to postpone the reservation for later (due to pandemics we couldn't honour it at the time); however, by the time we checked again with the host, they had given away 2 rooms to someone else, without informing us previously, although they made us sign a contract for the reservation (never have we experienced this before when travelling). Also, they made me pay for the whole reservation upon arrival despite asking them to collect the money from each rooms separately. Anyway, one of our friends lost a key, which they paid for, but was scolded as it was "a very special key"(keys are consumables in hotels, if you asked me). Another friend broke a soap container, which she told the host about and paid for it, however, after their departure, the host called them to ask to pay for pipe damage as well, although the soap container was broken somewhere else and did not reach...

When I first arrived at this Guest House, in May 2014, my first impression was "WOW"!.. Since then, I visited this magnificent Guest House 4 times!.. It is located at a very quiet area, with green all around, classic building with local architecture, on a hill side with view from the balconies, near the city center (only 4-5 minutes by car)!.. It has a modern and well equipped fitness gym, sauna, squash court, cafe restaurant-bar, clean and well maintained guest rooms with TV set, private bathroom and refrigerator!.. Reception desk with very helpful personnel, as well as friendly atmosphere everywhere!.. The prices are very affordable for anyone!.. Skvele misto k pobytu, obvykle se tu ubytovavaji cesi, maji zde prijemnou a ochotnou obsluhu, mluvici anglicky a nemecky. Po vecerech provozuji saunu a vyrivku. Je tu moznost squashe. Blizko penzionu se najde vecerka, kde je mozno zakoupit jio k veceri. V apartmanech jsou kuchynky, kde je mozno zakoupene jidlo pripravit. Snidane jsou v cene pobytu a jsou bohate ve stylu sveckeho stolu. Nejvetsi minus je vzdalenost od centra mesta a to je kolem deseti kilometru, coz je autobusem asi 20 minut s tim, ze za cestu zaplatite 250-440fr, podle toho zda jedete novym, nebo starym autobusem.
