Kenguru Panzió és Csárda — Hotel in Hódmezővásárhelyi járás

We drove for 14 hours to this hotel and reception staff spoke English poory. They did had inner parking space in the hotel area, first i asked for directions and she pointed to what seem it to the right side (we had to go around hotel's area to go in the parking) staff said there, 👉i went outside and none of gates open, i tried again to go in and find directions for inner parking again staff pointed 👉and said there i went outside again and still none gates opening, went inside for like 7 times ( few times i asked for help to find directions and she just put her hand in my direction i said i'm taking to college on the phone so i had to wait for her to give me directions and also driver waited for gates to be open. That was very rude in my opinion) . Hotel room where we stayed in was dirty in the bathroom i find 3 different hairs none of those hair where mine. Breakfast eggs where cold. Finally we had to pay more than we booked for. I booked several rooms for our international friends who were attending our wedding. Unfortunately, the reception staff proved to be incompetent and could barely understand the Hungarian language (their own mother tongue). The location is nice, welcoming. The staff is ok.
