Nimród Bioszálloda és Bioétterem — Hotel in Karcagi járás

This restaurant sits right at the top of the 'food chain' in the area it is located in, great ingredients make up a menu that leans heavily on its Hungarian roots but is not afraid to stray from traditional food. We have eaten there on several occasions and in the main these twists work and are welcome. There are a couple though that just don't work, for instance risotto is not a side dish and what comes billed as risotto certainly is not a risotto! However these are rarities and not the norm.||The dining room is a wonderful contrast to that of its competitors it feels almost sumptuous in comparison to the usual local dining room. As you may expect from a restaurant that promises 'local' organic produce there is a lift in prices, although that lift is no more than 20% above other good restaurants. The food does lean towards being a little to salty which is typical of Hungarian food and whilst the service is good your meal will not come out of the kitchen quickly.||Overall a great place to eat out with good food that differs from the norm, a hearty recommendation from me and everyone we have...

We stayed at the Nimrod for 9 days, the room was very spacious, light, bright and airy. overlooking the town square and council buildings. The bathroom was well equipped and spotlessly cleaned. The bed was beautiful, the best sleep I had in a while. The room was very comfortable, with complimentary water and fruit, replaced along with toiletries daily. The reception staff were very friendly and eager to assist with booking of taxis and any other questions we had, speaking perfect English. Előzetes eggyeztetés után szerettünk volna egy ünnepi ebédet elfogyasztani az étteremben,aminek nem is volt akadálya telefonon keresztűl,egy inteligens úrral megtudtam beszélni mindent.( Semmi extra kérésem nem volt) Tegnap érkezésünkkor egy nő állt azt étterem bejáratánál ,de már a pillantásából látszott az uninteligencia,hangosan köszöntünk amire semmi reakció ,így elmondtam hát uram bocsá ....ebédelni érkeztünk asztalt is foglaltunk!! Ott az 5 - ös asztal!! Válaszként!! Az eszébe sem jutott esetleg oda kísérjen bennünket,csak egy lesújtó pillantás,mögöttünk a barátaink ,és hát a kiskutyánk eddig mindig beengedték de telefonon ezt is megkérdeztem.Nos a pincérnő amikor meglátta a kutyát olyan hangnemben közölte ide kutya nem jöhet meg eleve a viselkedése és maga a fogadtatás,hogy itt kezdődik a szakma felhígúlása mikor ilyen dilettáns nőszemély nem tudja mi a feladata adott munkakörben.

! A férjem nem is tudta tűrtőztetni magát és persze eljöttünk az étteremből! Nyilván a kedves hölgy tönkretette a napunkat ! Hozzáteszem jártunk az étteremben több alkalommal ,de ezek után csak ez a rossz élmény marad meg és ez a kritikán alúli nő viselkedése!Ezt tudván nem utazunk majd 80 km Egerből amit főként a barátaink...
