Orgona Apartman és Nyaralóház — Hotel in Keszthelyi járás

My relative moved in before he met with the owner, and obviously as the things about the keys were not clearly communicated he misunderstood in which flat he needs to stay.

When he arrived the cleaners??? welcomed him strangely and told him to which keys he need to take and showed the door to the room.

The owner came(late) so we had to call them(earlier) to take the money for the flat, obviously she was already in the bad mood and told us off with the very bad attitude that he did not take the good room for himself.

First of all people coming to have a nice chill time at the balaton where they never been before so if you not welcoming them as the landlord at your door and apartment and showing around of course your guests will take the wrong rooms.

Second you can't talk to your guests with such an attitude and blame them that they did mistake with the rooms. Definitely not coming back to this...

Jó kis apartmanok, de sajnos a szó szoros értelmében nagyon picik, nekünk nyitott ajtónál, vagy éjszakai légkondi mellett kellett aludnunk hogy legyen levegő, annyira kicsi az apartman. Jók a fotók az apartmanról de amikor odaértünk az állunk leesett, hogy ennyire kicsi, a képeken nagyobbnak tűnik, ez így csalódás volt. Amúgy...

Nagyon cuki a szallas; ha csak aludni akarsz, akkor tokeletes. Van klima, tv, net, kocsibeallo, kozel a gyoroki strand, lehet sutogetni is a kertben es bringat kerni a tulajtol. Az apartman tiszta, egy kicsit lakokocsi erzetu,...
