Farkas Villa Mórahalom — Hotel in Mórahalmi járás

We had a reservation two months in advance for a weekend at this place. Considering we are satisfied returning customers, I contacted the lady property owner to arrange the handover of keys. When I realized I didnt get a response for an entire day, I reached out via SMS and viber messaging, all messages were marked as seen by the recipient, but no answer. Seeing as our free cancellation period was running out, I had no other option but to cancel, since I am not going to be wasting money on a property that doesnt even reply to its upcoming customers. Very dissapointed, since last time we stayed, we were really happy with the accomodation - although I should mention, previous time we arrived, the owner was an hour late to our scheduled meeting for the keys. We contacted her after we had crossed a border, for us it took an hour from the border + an hour waiting for her to arrive, which is also very disrespectful to customers. If you dont want to be waiting for an hour for the host to arrive, or for your message to be answered, you will find another accomodation. Also, on booking.com several reviews state that the owner doesnt even show up at all (mind you, to a confirmed and paid reservation), and guests were left to find other accomodation in Morahalom because of this. Veoma los. Jedna zvezdica je samo za krevet koji je udoban. Daleko je to od apartmana a tek od vile kako je nazivaju. Za 10 noci posteljinu i peskire nisu nijednom zamenili,tv je postvljen iznad glave,u kuhinji imate jednu mini serpicu i jednu malo vecu,tiganj ne postoji,frizider mali hotelski za sobe a ne za apartman,imate indukcionu plocu a dzezvu koja nije za predvidjena za istu. Sve u svemu zaobidjite taj objekat,za taj novac u Morahalomu ima mnogo boljih objekata.
