Hotel Kitty — Hotel in Miskolci járás

Horrible experience. We will never come back. I have never been in such a hotel, where staff dont be polite! The receptionist (brunette) was not able to work like receptionist, we feel that we annoyed her. ||We stayed here only for one night (few hours). We came back home from Italy, and at 5 oclock were so tired, we found this hotel. Room was ok, but stuffy, not good air. We doesnt have a towel. We ask for later check out, because of time of check in. They give us till 12 oclok. We have to pay for breakfast!!! But breakfast was till 10. I ask for later breakfast, they say ok. When we wake up at 11, my son was applying for towel, we were 5, 2 adults and 3 kids... the receptionist give him only 3. ??? ||At 12 o clock somebody open the door on our room, and go to the bathroom ....when I come to look ...nobody was there..but door was open. Maybe in this way, they show us to go! ||The main point was checking out. The receptionist ask more money, like her colleague say us in the night! They correct it but not down (we were here few hours) but up....because of tax..parking...etc. The breakfast was packed...in the bag. We were disenchanted. We have 2 babies. We pay for breakfast, want to sit by table like human,to have hot tee for kids... She said no!!! You cant, it is 12 oclock. Restaurant was free, nobody was inside, and hotel wasnt so occupated. ||It was the worst experience ever, 128 euro for few hours, without towels, without breakfast! The receptionist wasnt friendly, kindly....she cant be on the front desk and talk with guests. ||Thank you for reading. If I can recommended to you,...

We stayed for 4 days and had quite a varied experience. The hotel was nice and clean. The food was sometimes great but sometimes terrible, and for the price I'd have expected a constant good quality. The massage was fantastic, and it was also relaxing to sit in the jakuzzi and the sauna of the hotel. The staff consisted of very kind and helpful people but also some very unpleasant ones. During our first breakfast a Hungarian talk show was on the radio containing disgusting jokes, so I asked the receptionist if the following day we could listen to something else. She said that her colleague liked this show very much, so we might have to fight over it, but we should give it a try. (I think a proper answer would be: "I'm really sorry and I'll make sure the next day you can listen to something else.") The next morning the same show was on, and after presenting a song with farting sounds, I asked the waitress to change the channel, she said that the other channels came in bad quality, so she wouldn't change it. I suggested some other solutions for which she replied that just because two people don't like it, she won't change it. I then talked to the manager who also said that this was the only channel in good quality and it was just a matter of taste... I told him that I wouldn't want to have another breakfast listening to disgusting jokes, so he finally agreed to try to solve the problem, and on the third day we listened to a music album. Where do I start with this place, we stayed here for one night to visit the baths. The staff atitude was very unfriendly especially at Dinner time , the blonde waitress was pushy and never smiled, she ruined our so called relaxing experience over dinner with her disgusting attitude, when I payed for the bill at the end of dinner she did not even return my change she just walked out of the restaurant, the food was ok but she certainly does not deserve a job dealing with paying customers! ||The rooms where very small and stuffy and very pricey! We where awoken at 7am with the noise of construction work and drilling next door,not a very relaxing experience yet again! The door key and electricity was a nightmare too! ||We felt ripped off and very annoyed leaving this place, we would never stay here again and advise others of the same! The check out time is 10am and if you don't leave your room on time they charge you half your room rate again, which they don't advise you off! We hope for the hotels sake if they want to survive we recommend the blonde waitress needs to check out too! Thank you all for reading this! A very tired...
