Pauzo Balaton — Hotel in Siófoki járás

Stayed here in August for Strand Fesztival. Initially we got a confirmation for a different room, but they called us immediately, and apologized for the system issue, swapped the rooms for the requested type. The room was very clean, and looked exactly as in the pictures. The instructions are very detailed, it was easy to find the gate for the parking, and the self check-in is smooth as well. Location is great, shops and restaurants are nearby. The pool is pretty big...

Clean rooms with kitchen and air conditioning. We have not tried the swimming pool, but I saw that a lot of children were loving it. The facility is located in a nice location, not too far from the Balaton lake western beach (free). 20 minutes from the lavender farm. Very close to Tesco and...

Ogromnym plusem jest dostępny basen otwarty do 21:00. Natomiast sam obiekt wymaga zadbania. Pokoje ok, natomiast naczynia do gotowania zakurzone. W trakcie rezerwacji przez booking wygląda jakby pokoje miały i łóżko i kanapę, natomiast po rezerwacji okazuje się, że pokoje są małe i dostaliśmy jeden z łóżkiem a drugi z rozkładana kanapą. W jednym z pokoi odpadła listwa maskującą od drzwi. Możnaby było to naprawić. Taras dostępny na dachu w ogóle nie nadaje się do używania, bo nikt tam nie sprząta, więc jest pełno brudu, pajęczyn i martwych muszek. Przy rezerwacji nie jest też wysyłany kod do bram wjazdowych, więc trzeba szukać pomocy niewiadomo gdzie, bo obiekt nie ma recepcji, żeby ten numer zdobyć. Za 4 noce zapłaciliśmy 1500 zł za pokój, dlatego myślę, że za tę cenę można było znaleźć coś lepszego.
