Platan — Hotel in Siófoki járás

We asked for early check-in and we've been told it's not a problem, and the room was ready. Got here about 10.30am, so after having some food we thought to have a nap as we were flighting from London we had a few hours sleep in the last few days and we planned to attend a festival tonight so we thought few hours nap is much needed. Around 1pm being a sleep for 45mins two housekeepers were trying to get into our room with their key, that's what woke us up. After this incident we could not go back to sleep. Few hours later my friend was taking a shower to get ready for the festival, there was no key in the door inside or outside, but the door still managed to stucked and she wouldn't get out. When I went to get the receptionist, she told me this is not the first time, this is happening and she managed to get out my friend get out from the bathroom. The same day we went to have a dinner, and we got a soup, which I got it wasn't hot enough. For the main we had two options. Pork with mushrooms sauce and pasta, and green chicken with salad. The pork was tasty, but the chicken with salad was way too dry and without any dressing. But most importantly it was hair in both courses. When we reported this to the owner he said to my hair, maybe she should put her hair in a ponytail... I find this response unexceptionable and being here the first day out of our five it is very disappointing and I feel quite hopeless for the next four with these service considering we paid above £500 for our stay. Happy birthday to the both of us..! And if you wanna take an advice, don't ever book...

Sajnos az idő eljárt az ilyen típusú szálláshelyek felett. A cső szerű szoba rendkívül meleg, nincs szigetelve Klímával sincs felszerelve, átszellőztetésre nincs semmilyen lehetőség.Szoba: Az ágy ősi darab, nagyon alacsony, szinte egy matracra emlékeztet. Az öreg éjjeli szekrény alja sérült. Az egy szem ventilátor hangos (vagy megsülsz vagy a fejed fáj a zajtól) Fürdőszoba: Pókhálós, a radiátor alja rozsdás, a fogmosó poharak erősen vízkövesek. Az elszívó hangos. Tuskabin: Ereszt, tusolás után áll a víz a fürdőszobában. A kabinban a saját samponnak, tusfürdőnek semmilyen tartó sincs elhelyezve. A szoba előtt a kerti bútor koszos, légyürülékes volt... A bejárati ajtó előtti nagy porfogó szőnyeg esős éjszaka után teljesen szét van ázva, nem az én dolgom lenne a koszos vizes és nehéz szőnyeget emelgetni, takarítani, de másképp nem lehet száraz lábbal bejutni a szobába! A szobában nincs sem mikró, sem evőeszköz: A tulaj magyarázata: "ez egy két csillagos szálloda". Melegítési lehetőség este hatig az éttermi részben, kizárólag oly módon, hogy meg kell kérni a recepcióst, és csak ő mehet be és használhatja az eszközt. Mármint a mikrót... Kérdésre válasz: Az ÁNTSZ csak így engedi.. Persze a kedves idős pár unokája szabadon jár ki-be. Gondolom azt engedi... ;) Természetesen a Balaton partról általában este hat után ér vissza a nyaraló, amikor jó esne egy tál meleg étel vagy a gyereknek egy kakaó, a legkisebbnek ne adj isten bébi étel - nem hidegen.. Apropó tál: a szoba felszereltsége ebben a tekintetben két darab vizes pohár... Hogy ezek után miért maradtunk? A kedves idős hölgy az érkezéskor nem s szobát mutatta meg, hanem egyből kifizettette a teljes árat... Ahogy ezt egy "jobb" balatoni kétcsillagos...

I am here for work in a different town. So at the check inn i asked for breakfast at 07:00. This is no problem. the day after when i came back from work i tough the room is clean. But no. Well maybe forgotten once. But also the rest of the whole week no cleaning. When i did shave in the badroom i took out the drain cap and in there was like 3 months of hair from all the previous guests in the room. Towels have never been cleaned. I would say that camping in a tent is better then staying in this hotel. The people are friendly but totally don't understand how to...
