Börzsöny Kapuja Vendégház — Hotel in Szobi járás

Terrible costumer service. We did book it in the morning of Saturday to scape from Budapest for the weekend. We’ve arrive at 3pm and nobody was there so we did call, they said that they will be back in 1 hour and a half and they will call us back. So we’ve decide to go for some food carrying our luggage. We call again but no one pick the phone, the rest of the places were already booked. Finally about 7:30 they call saying that we could go, no offering any discount or anything. So we explained that we shouldn’t be paying full price as we haven’t been there. They say that they could give as another room with shared toilet for a discount, honestly. We did cancel it and went back to Budapest, plus super expensive for that. Can’t believe some business like...

kind owners with kid, cat and dog, very helpful too, they give great advices. beautiful flowers, clean room. towncenter and forest wilderness are both in 10 minutes reach. accepts SZÉP-card payment option too. room equiped with WiFi, TV and kitchenette. garden is not very big though. there was a lack of storage space in the room. rooms upstairs are not suitable for people with disabilities...

A szállás.hun foglaltunk. Érkezéskor megdöbbentünk a körülményeken. Ezt jeleztem is a tulaj felé. Az oldalon megnézhető fotóknak, ami alapján foglaltunk köze sincs a valósághoz. A szoba, a vizes helyiségek mind felújításra szorulna és egy alapos takarításra. Az udvaron sem jobbak a körülmények. Így a három éjszaka helyett két éjszakát maradtunk, hogy a gyerekeknek ne okozzunk csalódást. Ettől függetlenül a három éjszakát fizettük ki. Számlát, átvételi elismervényt a pénzről nem kaptunk. Eredetileg nem kívántam ide véleményt írni. A szállás.hu oldalon értékeltem a szállást. A mai napon a szállásadó e-mailt küldött nekem, amiben sérelmezi a "rossz véleményt" és erre való hivatkozással valótlan dolgokkal vádol és a véleményem miatt pénzt követel a szállásdíjon felül. Ezt le is írja nekem. A tapasztalatom azt súgja, hogy hasonló reakcióra számíthatok mint Papp Márton. Sajnálom, hogy nem készítettem fotókat...
