Pensjonat z restauracją oferującą bałkańskie przysmaki... ale tylko na reklamie. W rzeczywistości nie zjemy tam niczego, ani śniadania, ani kolacji, bo kuchnia jest zamknięta. Bariera językowa jest nie do pokonania, nikt nie porozumiewa się po angielsku, Pani z recepcji nie rozumie, trudno się dogadać. Pokoje na pierwszy rzut oka schludne. Nie są wygłuszone, słychać dosłownie wszystko. Łóżka skrzypią przy każdym odwróceniu się na drugi bok, słychać nawet jak sąsiad z góry obraca się na swoim łóżku czy chrapie. W pokoju jest czajnik, ale nie ma żadnych naczyń aby zrobić sobie kawę czy herbatę (którą oczywiście trzeba mieć ze sobą).
