The location itself is just very good. They created an environment, where if you don't leave the territory of the hotel for days, you still can find everything. There is cafe, restaurant, souvenir shop in the hotel itself.||Hertelendy House is very nice surrounded by little apartments which are close, but still not noisy. This is a two storey building with a huge social room with opportunity to make a coffee or tea there. One tip which is not mentioned at the entrance - you have to check in in the main building which is also the entrance of the thermal bath. Probably it would be a good idea to have it somewhere at the entrance of the building so it helps get the right way to check in. ||||The room is also nice. Whichever room you get they are all quiet and peaceful. The bedding and the towels are clean but we could see some strange stains in the bathroom and some renovation in it would be also useful as the shower has a leak somewhere and water is coming out while taking shower. The tap also would appreciate change. ||Eating there is also a good idea, although the waiters are not the nicest people on earth. There is a wide range of food either in the morning and in the evening, and they taste pretty good. Must go. Value is good. The main building can pass as 4 stars however Hertelendy house requires updating specifically the showers but the bed linen is not 4 starts. The bed itself is great and comfy. All fridges requires replacing in the rooms however all rooms were very clean. We'll done to the staff who cleans the rooms. Regarding staff. Reception staff were polite friendly and were the only staff members who acknowledged us with eye contact and smile. All waitresses were missing all of the above except Tiffany who we also realised that she worked the hardest and had guest contact politeness. Food as always is plentiful and has vast offerings. Even at low occupancies full buffet breakfasts and dinner was offered. One very negative. The amount of pools that was available to us was unexceptable. Not general info is that there is an amount of water the establishment can use per year so as it was a low occupancy they are probably saving for the more busiest time. We spent a long weekend in this location. The House is about 50 m from the bath. On the bath we loved the outdoor hot bath and the sauna world especially.
