Hotel Karan Vilas — Hotel in Agra

So we planned the stay of our guests at this hotel for my sister's wedding. WORST HOSPITALITY, worst experience and worst treatment. Let's go one by one, Hotel staff was never available whenever we called them, refused to clean, keep dustbin, pick up or help with luggage for the gues, good taste was really bad, they were not even willing to serve the food properly. Worst of the worst was that when my father said that they have miscounted the Number of plates, while the discussion was going on they went inside and asked the guest to not to take any more plates as they are not allowed to have food until we resolve the count issue. Who would ever do that, I agree that the discussion was happening between the hotel and host but how can they stop the guest from eating. This hotel is a crook and a cheat and no one should ever book it for anything whatsoever. Their staff did not help in the first three days of the wedding but suddenly started helping the last day jus so that we tip them before we leave. Karan Vilas owners should know that what it is to run a sophisticated hotel and they charged us a bomb for every thing but we are highly disappointed and swear never to even enter this hotels...

Usually it's on outer area Mr. Pawan is only professional out here. Apart from that roads and traffic horns and trucks won't let you sleep. It's a highway.

Ola is there but still think before you go ahead. Eating options less.

Hotel menu was average. And yes if coming with family not suggested as banquet is there and there is always loud noises. And yes some notorious elements knocked out doors they kept on drinking boozing and spreading nudity everywhere. We had to call reception 4 times and ask them to control them. Else we threaten to cl cops. Not safe to stay at 3-4 floor. Yes they allow liquor at hotel but do not serve. They are good at apologizing. But anyways you will suffer the consequences.

We took room no 302 Triplet and had suffered the entire night. Also mosquitoes would be there be prepared.

Buffet Breakfast:: Toast/ Tasteless Poha without peas and oily greesy tasteless puri bhaaji. Please do not fall into the trap. And yes not suggested at all.

Windows were covered with dirt and stains. No room fresher seems...

My recent stay at this hotel was unsatisfactory, and I feel compelled to share my observations. I caution future guests not to be misled by the images displayed on the website, as the reality upon check-in did not meet cleanliness standards. The bed sheets were unwashed, rooms lacked proper cleaning, and the state of the bathroom was disheartening. Additionally, there was no hot water or functioning shower, and the absence of a kettle in the rooms for tea or coffee was an inconvenience. Furthermore, both bed sheets and pillow covers displayed noticeable stains. I strongly advise potential guests to exercise caution before making a reservation, and I am perplexed by the positive ratings this hotel has received. The buffet breakfast, unfortunately, fell short of expectations, with an extremely limited selection that lacked...
