Salt n love Agra — Restaurant in Agra

Hiii my name is akash das. Whoever visit in this restaurant (SALT N LOVE AGRA) you definitely see me. I am working in salt n love as a restaurant manager. I am working hear from the opening time of ( sep 2022) . Today I written this feedback because I am totally helpless ( I NEED ALL OF YOUR SUPPORT), Because today I am helpless , I am belong from other state and this job I getting by my so called mentor MR. ASHISH SINGH (WHO HAVE A DESI CAFE IN AGRA) He called me and at the time of joining whoever MD is their (Mr.kinshuk jain) and ( Mr. Udit singh) both are very politely and good nature of human being. But their promises are totally unconditional they told us at the time of joining you get (salary on 10th of each month, service charge and etc) . One more thing my wife ( Alisa kujur) was also working with me as a captain post . So both of us totally working with good nature but day by day and month by month all their promises come in a helpless manners they don't give salary on time we have to asked saveral times for our salary and other service charge till now not given. I am writing this things because my mom health conditions was not well and I inform them from 25th feb 2022 that I need salary atleast on time but they are not take this things seriously from feb to till now I asked so many times for my salary total pending amount 39000 from March to April I told them saveral times through sms and what's app I have every proofs but they not response in a correct way whenever I go to meet with them they have some excuse and share their own problems according to them their problems are more important than my mom life. I want to share one more things my wife alisa kujur she was harresment by their local staff (JEEWAN,RANGIT, SARBENDRA OTHER STAFF ALSO THEIR) saveral times my wife want to quit the job who is working over their I inform (MD)everyone but they are not taken any action against them so, lastly my wife is quit the job and MD told us to me that if you want to go you can go means indirectly they want to remove us from our post it's very helpless situation for me. I tried my best I know that very well to working with them but they are not help me on the time. I just want to ask for your help that please kindly share this reviews with everyone because i need my salary at any cost please try to understand our source of income is limited but for them it's huge so, kindly I want to say on public please help me out for my mom only I have to do any thing for my family I am do it at any cost.
