Good Morning Mr Manager, I wish to bring to your notice the horrible experience in Hotel Mansingh yesterday with a guest who had been a patron and your hotel 10 years ago when posted at Nasirabad cantt We reached your property at 2100hrs and were alloted the table in the rightmost corner of the restaurant and was being cleared from previous usage. Even after being seated for more than 30 mins your staff conveniently forgot to put napkins or paper napkins on the table.

The French fries in any restaurant across the world are served with Tomato or some other sauce , which was missing

Having asked for warm water , one of your stewards just forgot abt it for 45 minutes

The quality of starters served was abysmal coming from a restaurant like yours

Nobody was interested in asking us for a second round of drinks or main course

When we requested to see the manager , they told us that the complete managerial staff had left the property before shutting down. With answers like there is no duty manager to redress

Lastly Yesterday was valentine's day Least you could have ensured is staff dressed in clean attire.

The Singer in live performance was trying to sing Hindi movie songs in Ghazal format with disastrous results

Your Property which at one time was the pride of Ajmer seems to be decaying in a disease of inefficiency and neglect

As a person who has had meals 10 years prior in the same location, i can only guide you to pull up your socks or be ready to perish

During our recent trip to Ajmer, we had the pleasure of staying at Mansingh Palace, conveniently located on the main road. This prime spot made it easy for us to grab cabs and explore the nearby market. Although we had some reservations after reading a mix of reviews, our relative's recommendation couldn’t be ignored.

I reached out to the hotel and was fortunate enough to speak with Sonam from their staff. Her warm assurance about securing the best rooms won me over, especially after my experience with other hotels, which didn’t seem as welcoming. With that, I took the plunge and booked two adjacent rooms for our group of four.

Even more impressive was their accommodating attitude when we arrived for our early morning check-in around 4 AM. The rooms were spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. What stood out the most was the swift response and genuine courtesy from the staff—they truly went above and beyond to ensure we felt right at home.

Mansingh Palace also boasts a lovely garden and cozy indoor seating, creating a serene atmosphere that we adored. Though we didn’t get a chance to dine at their restaurant, the experience was delightful enough that my parents declared it our go-to place in Ajmer.
