We had a family function on 30th June and made stayed our esteemed guest in the hotel.The quality of food is good but the service standards are very poor.The banquet team is not at all friendly.They were very eager for closing and run away after dinner.One of the associate even requested to close the event as they were willing to go home as soon as possible.Such things in hospitality industry are not at all appreciated anrd not even expected.It was very annoying and killed the event tempo.If you are not able to serve your valuable guest as per there need,please think over for some other option,or if possible provide training and learning for the staff well behaviour with guests.|Even during breakfast,the server mentioned the limited options availabilty and mentioned that the limited quantity is available to dine and restrictions on reordering the food.|I will rate ZERO for...

Pros Easy to reach without traffic when you are traveling from Jaipur Helpful and polite staff

Cons It is a newly constructed property so you have a smell of paint or something in rooms. Food is tasteless and quite expensive I have to call reception for the hot water as they have a centralized boiling system. The staff starts the boiler at my request at 2 AM the morning on a single call which I liked. The mattress is very soft which caused severe back pain and I have to travel back to Jaipur at 04:30 Am in the morning without sleeping for a single minute.
